We arrived at midnight after a tiring trip and we were going to get up early in the morning.My colleague had a very bad experience.His room was given to another lady.Despite the lady was sleeping my colleagues room,he was given the key to enter the room.It would have been a miserable situation,had lady woken up.After this mistake the receptionist hendled the situation very amateur... |

the smoking bar! and they were really helpful with our luggage before and after check in, it was so well located - less than 5 mins walk from the station. |

The hotal was very very nice, the room was gorgeous and really clean and tidy. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone visiting Hannover. |

I was upgraded to a theme room (Ireland) and it was spacious and beautiful - very personalised decor, plenty of light and very, very comfortable sofa. Lots of electric sockets, spacious bathroom, small fridge, great TV with TV guide (thoughtful). Very helpful and friendly staff- efficient check-in and check-out. Great location to train station, shopping and sight seeing. The bed was soft/uncomfortable and was two twin beds pushed together. The wireless is only available in the lobby and bar and not from the room. There is also a separate private computer/internet access in the lobby. If the wireless was enabled from the room I would have rated 10/10 but this last part was really inconvenient for me. |

It's just a perfect value for your budget: big, quiet, clean room, all was just perfect. Only one thing: wi fi is nowhere to find in the hotel which doesn't bring it to the category of business hotels, sorry guys... |

We went to this hotel because it was in the same city as our Pink concert, the hotel is bang in the middle of Hannover and yet it was so quiet and peaceful. This is one of the best hotels we have used in Hannover. We went there as a group of 4 couples and it was great, looking forward to going back soon. |

The size of the TV was too small, not proportionate to the size of the room likewise the size of the comforters. Not enough channels on the TV. It cannot be rated as a 4 star. |

The location was central and the Room was well decorated. The wireless Internet did not work, even after complaining. The bathroom radiator did not work even after complaining. The Room was quite cold even after complaining. 1 lift for a 6 floor hotel was not enough so very slow. |
