Loved the Water theme and the restaurant. The room was huge and I felt very comfortable there.

Very good location, near the main station and shops. Breakfast was OK.

Very small bed in the room. Internet works badly, until I changed the IP address. A little bit noisy, you can hear other people in neighbour room. TV without remote control.

Size of the room, quality of the furniture, cleanliness , front desk staff are excellent

Toilet size is small compared to the room

This was our second visit there because of it's Excellent location and standards.

Location. Excellent, very close to the main train station. Good restaurant, not expensive.

The day I arrived I was assigned to a room where there was another client already (and he was in the room). Very embarrassing situation for both. Is the first time something like this has happened to me after many years travelling. I could not help feeling paranoid for the rest of my stay.

It was close to shopping area

We booked 4 rooms and cancelled 1 room due to a funeral. Staff did nothing about this, and didn't give a reasonable refund to us. Even that they have sold all of the rooms. I will never stay here again!!!

Friendly English speaking staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, silence at nights, very close to the shopping area, old town and central train station. Practically minutes away ...

Expensive breakfast, old desk in the room, the double bed was actually a 2 single bed mattresses put together instead of one large size mattress. You have to ask everyday for a new internet ticket (they expire every 24 hours)

I like the location, the ambiance, the kindness of the staff and the very nicer oom tha I had.

I was missing some little things in the bathroom for the daily toilette (showercap, tothpast, comb...

Staff were very friendly, the hotel public area's were very clean and modern looking and the rooms were very clean and had all the mod cons. Breakfast included in the price.

The decor of my air themed room was excellent and very spacious

The Front desk staff was very helpful. Frau Werder was a big help in many ways.

Breakfast was very expensive and didn't include eggs, or items on other hotel breakfast bars.

central location beautiful ambiance fantastic food friendly staff, for example: had to leave at 5 am to catch a train and obviously this was too early for the breakfast, so was provided with a very substantial pick nick bag to take with me

The hotel is very modern and the decoration is very special. In the reception you have a feeling of being on a spa due to the relaxing music and comfort. There are screens showing nice and different pictures. The bar is also nice decorated and the staff is very friendly. The room and the bathroom are big enough.
