Near station, well appointed, friendly and helpful staff and good restaurant. Shower design poor...water leaked onto floor. |

Location, room size was excellent, clean and was not noisy. The lobby was small and restricted. The restaurant was small and the breakfast was poor. |

Friendly personnel, I got a smokers room by mistake which upon my request, they changed immediatelly. Excellent location, 5 min walking from the centre (centraal Station). Ver good and comfortable bed, which is the whole purpose of a hotel room. The room area is a bit too small, just enough for one night otherwise you feel that you need more space. |

1. creativity of staff to accomodate request and "family" spirit. 2. Acommodate also smokers at the bar, with free coffee in the morning food is good, but little choice |

To our surprise, we found ourselves in a themed suite 'water' - one of four 'element' rooms. The interior was a little bizarre, but very spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. Finding ourselves sleeping on a water bed was another surprise. The restaurant is quite good in an area that is not blessed with good eateries. Reception staff were very friendly. |

Centrally located. Very clean and functional rooms. Theme designed rooms, but rest of the hotel fairly common. No parking available in spite of a reservation. Free internet, but doesn't work (kicked off the system every 2 minutes). |

Our room had a water bed as it had a water theme. A net over the bed with plastic fish in it and a wavy finish to the tiles in the bathroom! Very spacious room and bathroom (twin sinks). |

Great location right next to train station and mall with Starbucks! Great access to public transportation Parking access is on a one way street and can be difficult to get to... very limited parking and tight fit!! |

An excellent, hearty breakfast with a lot of choice - worth allowing time for. Had a good nights sleep even though the room was next to lift. The hotel is within walking distance of the old tea shop, centre and several good eating places. |

clean rooms and helpful staff. I booked a non-refundable discounted room for 99 Euro/night down from 230 Euros. I would have chosen other hotel had I had the chance to look at the room first. It was certainly not a 200 Euro+ room. The other reason I chose this hotel because of the description how close it was to Hannover Messe. But do not be fooled. It takes about 45 minutes to get there in contrast to the 2 minute walk + 8 minute train included on the hotel description. |

Location is 4 mins walk from the main railway station which is very handy after arriving from the airport on line S5. Also 10 mins walk to the old quarter where there is some nice timber framed buildings and restaurants. |

It was very easy to get to the hotel from the Hannover Hauptbahnhof. Hotel staff was friendly and polite, room was well equipped, clean. Breakfast was excellent too. Due to current construction works on the street my room was a bit noisy in the morning, but I guess they will finish soon. |

Hotel is close to main railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Booking non-refundable reservation makes it very affordable, as similar hotels would charge up to twice the price. Windows had to stay closed to block noise from the street, but room temperature was good. Did not have breakfast, as it was not included in price and cheaper alternatives abound around the area. |

the hotel is small, but the rooms are large, very comfortable, each room is unique, and very sytlish. Also liked the fact of free Wifi in the room. the location is also close to the main station which makes it easy to get around and to the airport. I would rate this hotel a 10, so there is nothing negative about it to me. |

Nice hotel in the downtown, close to central train station and in the heart of Hannover. Many shopping centers nearby. Reasonable price. The rooms are quite small. |

Really good location for trains and shopping / city centre. the staff were helpful and pleasent. Nice and clean and tidy downstairs and breakfast was ok. Choose cheap room (smoking) which was not ok. Although i am a smoker my room smelt of very stale tobacco - needs decomtaninating. Very supprised that there were no tea /coffee facilities, these are available in really basic bed and breakfast places in UK. Got thirsty during night and could really have done with hot drink. |
