It was a very nice appartment with two bathrooms which was really nice as we were 6 grownups. the appartment was in an okay area and it did not take that long to go to the city center. Value for Money.

Very good service. We were travelling with a 2 year old and we got a baby-bed and a baby-chair without any problem. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. The location in Friedriechshain is very good, the area is quite nice and there is a lot of very nice cafés and restaurants. It is definitely an excellent choice when travelling with a small kid and friends to Berlin.

O apartamento estava muito limpo, haviam lencois e endredons para todos (eramos 6), era muito amplo e quente. Apartamento muito agradável. Tem um supermercado Lidl mesmo à frente e vários restaurantes e bares na mesma rua.

angenehme, helle und freundliche Einrichtung, kleine aber gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Bereitstellung von Babybett und Hochstuhl. Kulanz durch Preisnachlass wegen minimalem Wasserschaden an der Decke am Eingang. Unkomplizierter Ablauf mit Schlüsselübergabe und Bezahlung (allerdings nur bar). Tram und Bus vor der Tür. Baustelle gegenüber fing gegen halb acht an, Lärm zu machen. Über uns war eine partywütige Gruppe einquartiert, die von Mittwoch bis Samstag erst gegen zwei Uhr Ruhe gab. Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein.

Hele fijne en ruime appartementen. Ze zijn schoon, de bedden liggen heerlijk, de douche is heerlijk en alles wat je nodig hebt in een appartement is aanwezig. Verder is het personeel erg klantvriendelijk. Niks op aan te merken!

Ruim, schoon en zeer praktisch is dat er twee badkamers in 1 appartement zijn. Laat inchecken in de nachtwinkel is ook prima maar is een verlies aan klanten service. De wijk waarin appartement gelegen is prima, veel kleine restaurants , bakkerij , nachtwinkels , alles is er te vinden. Ontbreken van service, continue gesloten kantoor, enige aanspreekpunt de nachtwinkel wat op zich praktisch is maar ook klant onvriendelijk. Klein foutje maar er was slechts 1 rol toilet papier. grotere fout : geen officiële factuur , maar een handgeschreven bonnetje. Bij zakelijke boeking is dit lastig.

Appartamento pulito, arioso, ampio, ben organizzato, silenzioso. Reception. Sarebbe andato tutto bene se non ci fosse stato un disguido al momento dell'invio del voucher da parte del lodge. Avevo prenotato per 4 persone e poi disdetto per una persona. Mi hanno mandato un voucher per il pagamento di 3 persone e al mio arrivo ho pagato. Il giorno dopo mi hanno tempestato di messaggi e telefonate per farmi ritornare al loro ufficio a pagare la differenza poichè non tenevano conto della disdetta di una persona e non volevano stornare l'importo dal deposito cauzionale.A Parte questo che in parte mi ha rovinato la vacanza, la struttura è valida.

L'appartement est très bien, confortable et insonorisé. Je n'ai pas réussi à voir qui que ce soit pour récupérer et rendre mes clef, mais celles-ci avaient été déposé dans un magasin (tabac/drogstore) situé au coin de la rue. Le principe est un peu stressant, car on est un peu perdu. En revanche, la personne - francophone - qui vous m'a donné les clefs dans ce drogstore compte tenue de mon arrivée un peu tarduve, a été vraiment très aimable et d'un très grand secours. Il faut impérativement payer en cash, ce qui est a prévoir en cas de long séjour.

Fine accomodation for a group. Parking was available in the neighbourhood but quite scarce, we found in easy leave the car behind once we had a good spot and just walk. Public transportation is well arranged! Check in was unclear, sign on the door pointed to the local nightstore but when we got there we were sent to the small office.

Großer Wohn-/Essraum mit aufgearbeitetem Dielenboden, Wohnung ist schlicht + schön eingerichtet, freundliche Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe Schallschutz sowohl zwischen Wohnung und Treppenhaus als auch zwischen Wohnung und Straße könnte besser sein

sehr sauber komplett ausgestattet gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür das Ehebett war etwas schmall (max. 1,40m)

Le rapport qualité-prix. Très bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Bonne situation géographique également Il n'y avait aucune réception, pas d'accueil, pas de bureau. Nous voulions laisser nos bagages le dernier jour mais personne n'était là pour s'occuper des résidents de l'hotel. Nous sommes arrivés tard (vers minuit) le premier jour et nous avons du récupérer nos clés à une épicerie du coin, et payer en liquide notre réservation, très étrange. J'aurais préféré que quelqu'un de l'hotel soit là pour nous remettre les clés.
