Location, very close to the Exibition center. Very small room, small bathroom, far from center, some of the staff totally unpolite, no elevator, no air condition. The pictures on the website are more beautiful than the reality of the hotel. I will not come back at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, good service at the bar. Parking only 5 Euro per day. Bedquality very good. First moring due too low number of guests a a la carte breakfast was offered which was very good! Bathroom small, though general good, however the shower and positioning of the shower head and combination with shower curtain not very practical and shower too small (every time curtain against body) and a wet floor. A simple sliding shower screen would solve the issue for may 150 Euro'S.

The location was perfect for our needs. We needed somewhere to stay overnight and have breakfast before moving on to the next city. As such, Hotel Lorenz met our needs perfectly. The room was stylish and clean; the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Therer was nothing 'not to like'.

Die lage und das restaurant sind gut üBer weignachten gab es keinen ansprechpartner! Was sich hotel nennt, sollte diesen service jedoch bieten! Ich hatte ein doppelzimmer gebucht und ein einzelzimmer erhalten! Die einrichtung ist mehr die einer jugendherberge und das hotel ist sehr hellhöring. Ich werde dieses hotel nicht wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen.

Das schlichte klare Design der Zimmer mag ich sehr gerne. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, doch die Mitarbeiter waren beim Tragen des Koffers behilflich.

Dusche im Zimmer defekt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Frühstücksbuffet war um 7.30 h nicht vollständig vorbereitet (es fehlte die Butter, ect.,); außerdem bekam man keine 2. Tasse Kaffee angeboten. Service war gerade mal ausreichend!!! Es gibt keinen Aufzug! Wenn man mit leichtem Gepäck reist, ist es ok.

Das Hotel eignet sich für eine Städtereise bzw. Einen Kurztrip, wo es einzig und alleine darum geht, eine zentral gelegene übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu finden. Einen Parkplatz kann man für nur 5€ pro Tag um die Ecke bekommen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass das Hotel nur das Nebengewerbe ist und es hauptsächlich um das Café geht. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber nicht übermäßig um die Gäste bemüht. Das Zimmer ist von der Größe ok, aber die Ausstattung ist nicht so gut: * Fenster so hoch, dass ich mit knapp 1,60m Schwierigkeiten hatte, es zu öffnen * Bad sehr klein und unpraktisch (beim Duschen den Boden komplett überschwemmt, Waschbecken gewöhnungsbedürftig) * sehr hellhörig

Sehr gut gelegen für Besuche an der Messe Essen. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Gutes und schönes Restaurant. Zimmer gehen auf die Strasse, viel Lärm aufgrund von Autoverkehr
