Work, Tour Berlin, enjoy the Kudamm, walking, Shop The road noise was loud at night. On the other hand the balcony over the Kurfurstendamm gave a spectacular view and was very pleasant. |

This was a peaceful quality hotel. For once it was nice to lodge with our family in one suite instead of two separate rooms. Location was central though peaceful. As someone else mentioned in the ratings before, the blankets were indeed hot, and as we have allergic kids we always have problems with feather blankets/pillows... The breakfast was a bit pricy (though good) and kids had to pay half price, so you might consider having breakfast outside in one of the numerous cafes. |

Efficient and extremely helpful staff. Excellent pool and spa facility. Good location. Apartment was spacious, if somewhat sparsely firnished and decorated. A selection of different pillow types (hard. soft, etc) would be an improvement. Only a single soft pillow per person was provided. We were given extra pillows on reqyest. |

The friendly and helpful staff, the health center, the size of the room, the size of the batheroom, the controled water temperature, the quietness. I found the pillows were too soft; the kitchen floor was not cleaned one day; there was only 3 English TV chanels and all news; old TVs; either coffee filters should be provided for the coffee machine or get a machine that does not need them; the dishwasher was used daily to clean just a few things - it seemed such a waste of electricity, water, etc. I would have preferred much larger bath towels. |

Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Room was what we had hoped for and location was prefect, underground station and bus stop within 100 metres, overall 10 out of 10. |

Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing! Everything was so pleasant there is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Again, we'd like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Berlin! |

Excellent swimming pool. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Comprehensive kitchen facilities in the room. Internet. coffee and tea sachets in the room were provided only on the first day. Consider providing them daily. Steam room was smelly. Sliced full grain rye bread may be included at breakfast. Room was a bit too warm.(summer sun?). However, a pedestal fan was arranged. |
