The staff was great. They provided directions for the old section of Ulm along with restaraunt recommendations for us which turned out to be very helpful. The hotel was filled to capacity when we were there and we had a tough time finding parking. We ended up parking on the street near the hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was warm and helpful, the dinner and breakfast were superb, and the room was large and comfortable. I wish there were more like this in other places I visit, as it was a wonderful experience!

Zeer interessante ligging vlakbij autostrades voor doorreis naar de skigebieden. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer proper. Mogelijkheid tot dineren in het restaurant aan zeer schappelijke prijzen.

Tout comme l'année précédente, l'établissement est de haut niveau et le personnel accueillant. Très belle chambre spacieuse, parking gratuit. Petit-déjeuner bien fourni, outre le buffet à volonté vous avez la possibilité de commander des oeufs préparés sous différentes formes. Restaurant de qualité à l'hôtel. L'insonorisation du restaurant. Etant apparemment le seul établissement convenable "dans le coin", le restaurant était complet... Et fort bruyant...

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en avond eten en ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgt. Kamer is lekker ruim en was schoon. Wifi verbinding op de kamers werkt zo goed als niet, gelukkig hoeft er niet voor betaald te worden.
