The Hotel Staff are excellent: friendly, efficient, helpful and just very pleasant. The Hotel is undergoing quite large renovations and they are adding an extension. We were given a somewhat quiet room. I am sure in the future this Hotel will be lovely. We liked it so much we were actually thinking of going back there for a second night but it would have meant back tracking!

Breakfast was good and staff friendly and obliging. The major drawback was that the hotel was in the process of major construction an as a consequence; noisy, dusty and not welcoming. When the work is complete, I an sure that the hotel will be nice. This work should be advised when making a booking.

The breakfast table had plenty We have stayed there for the first time. The location had been ok, we had a care, however, it is a good 1/2 hr walk to town. The Hotel had major problems with noise due to the work outside building another part on to the hotel. Our first room had been direct to the construction side, I complained and a room to the other side had been given to us asap, however, there too had been extreme noise. The Breakfast table had been plenty, the elevator had been broken four times, we stayed on the third floor, so it was a huge problem..no air conditioner in rooms. The charge of the room had been the same. The owner had been complaining to one of her workers in front of us, which I thought had been very irresponsible.

Das neue große Zimmer! wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass das Hotel eine Baustelle ist, hätten wir es nie gebucht! Die Rezeption (-Büro) ist eine Rumpelkammer! Der Aufzugbereich ist unverpuzt. Der Eingang durch das alte Gebäude ist nicht akzeptabel. Momentan nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Neubau/Umbau abgeschlossen ist- dann wieder.

Das Hotel war eine Baustelle, alle Einrichtungen wirkten provisorisch, dadurch war der Preis nicht angemessen. Der Preisnachlass von 10,00 € für den Aufenthalt war zu wenig. Mehrmaliger Nachfragen über den Stand der Baustelle wurden falsch beantwortet. Das Ambiente der Unterkunft war eine Zumutung bei dem Zimmerpreis.

Het was alleen als tussenstop bedoeld, maar we hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel en in de plaats Speyer. We zullen zeker terugkomen voor een langer verblijf en kunnen het iedereen aanraden. Hoewel er momenteel aangebouwd wordt was het comfort uitstekend en op loopafstand van de binnenstad.

Neu renoviertes, sehr großes, helles und freudliches Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider wird das Hotel gerade umfangreich rennoviert und ist eine Baustelle. Der Wohnbereich ist separiert vom Baustellenbereich. Dennoch: Es gab auch keinen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der Eingang war nur über eine Nebeneingangstür möglich und Handwerker laufen durch den Empfangs- und Frühstücksbereich. Drei Sterne sind in diesem Zustand nicht angemessen! Die elektronischen Zimmerschlüssel waren falsch programiert und wir konnten abends nicht in unser Zimmer. Erst nachdem vom zugerufenen Personal die Karten umprogrammiert wurden, konnten wir ins Zimmer. Der Service war trotzdem sehr gut und freundlich. Wenn das Hotel fertig renoviert ist, wird es sicher seiner Kategorie entsprechen.

Weder von Booking.com noch durch tel. Direktkontakt mit dem Hotel gab es Hinweise auf umfangreiche Bauarbeiten, die eine sehr provisorische und dem Normalpreis, der von uns trotzdem verlangt wurde, nicht angemessene Unterbringung in einem alten Nebentrakt zur Folge hatte. Weder Lobby noch Frühstücksraum, Zimmereinrichtung oder sonstige Ausstattungen der Bilder auf Booking.com bzw. der Hotel-Homepage hatten etwas mit der mehr als provisorischen Realität zu tun. Zu guter letzt gab's ein Raucherzimmer anstatt des bestellten Nichtraucherzimmers.

Camera grande e luminosa.Letti comodi.Bagno ampio. Ascensore fuori uso per lavori (albergo in ristrutturazione) e camera al iv piano! Colazione anonima, poco curata. Bisognerebbe valutarlo senza I lavori in corso.
