Location within easy walking distance of the old part of town.

Parking arrangements were ok but a little confusing.

The hotel is at 5-min walk from Lüneburg Hbf and 10-min walk to Markt or "Am Sande". The staff was kind. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was reasonable since it costs only 2 Euro.

My room was on the top most floor below the roof of the building. Since heat from the lower floor was accumulated on this top floor, it was too warm. I had to keep open my room door and the room window so that room air was exchanged to decrease the room temperature. I am sure one cannot sleep in such a warm room in summer without air conditioner (There was only a small air-cooling fan.). The window is not on a wall but on the roof. When it was rainy, rain directly hit the window and it was extremely noisy. You must hope it will not rain during night. It was also noisy with sound from other rooms and from the corridor. The room floor is inclined; if you place a succor ball, it will reach to the end of the room. It was very difficult to wash my face at the sink since it is very small and there is a glass plate covering the half area of the sink; you cannot insert your face between the sink and the plate. There is no elevator. The price was 59 Euro but I would pay only 30-35 Euro for such a room. I would give a score of less than five. One should choose another hotel if any room is available.

"you get what you pay for hotel" with a friendly staff, parking lot acceptable, but small (and therefore "crowded", e.g. a nice hotel with a nice buffet breakfast for a visit to the center of the city, the Roy Robson Outlet ;-) and the Neptun fish restaurant :-)

    the parking lot (too small),

Parking across the street from the hotel, not paved and common with other businesses, but convenient and at no charge.

Rooms a bit noisy. Breakfast not to the usual German standard.

After the Sunday Church service and family gathering, with food - we just wanted to chill out with a drink and when we started to feel hungry they phoned in pizzas which was so good.

Only having one pillow per bed. And of course in the uk we have tea and coffee facilities in the room, this was very much missed.

The hotel is only a short walk from town and has car parking.

Faded glory. Rooms are very basic and car park is a few hundred meters from the hotel and has a dirt surface so not good in the rain. Door to room had some damage consistent with an attempt to gain entry.

The room is ok, but the toilet is so small that you fall out when you open the door. Noisy in the night from cars and people. Shady owners, that dident say hello and only staird at you

The location. Very near the train station and old town. The friendly and helpful staff. The room design. Reasonable room price.

Trains pass nearby at night loudly.

    A short to the station

Rather shabby small room reached after a difficult walk up a few flights of stairs.

Great location halfway between station and old town. And a good deal.

Pretty basic hotel and room on first floor was noisy.
