Hotel has a very good location, breakfast is outstanding and has a very fast internet connection. Staff is very friendly.

Tv shows only German channels (except BBC)

The staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They take every care to provide the best of the services.

Best location if you are a business traveler. room service priced reasonable, and what a great breakfast.

Location is good 15 min walk to main train station. İ had a quite room. Breakfast is quite good staff is helpfull. Free internet connection

Bed and bed cover is too narrow and for coupels they dont have double bed. They join two beds .

I enjoyed the big and clean rooms we were offered with nice view towards the rathaus. The breakfast was delicious , i was even able to make freshly squeezed orange juice !

Very good service personnel, clean room, good breakfast. Location is good for connections with tram and train.

If one didn't place shower curtain properly - one had a little pond in bathroom floor afterwards.

Room 14: the shower has only the curtain. it is very close to the city centre: 10 minute by walk. the breakfast is very good: fresh juice.

Hannover is not a beatiful city...

Wonderful staff and very nice hotel After we had unpacked etc was going to take a shower. when stepped in bath ( room no 43) realised bath very narrow and not flat on the bottom and so felt too unsteady to stand and shower. this may not have been an issue for some but was for me. We called to reception and were swapped to another room ( 44) with walk in shower. first night we were gasping for tea and although it does not have tea making facilities or room service because the coffee shop was closed they made us tea at the hotel. excellent value if you have breakfast included option. rooms good, beds comfy, very clean and all staff very nice. breakfast good and varied. had windows open but was not too noisy. this may have been different if had a room facing main street but was fine for us other side of hotel. View not good but we were not there to stare out of window. Hotel in great location. near lake and right opposite the Townhall. only 10 min walk to town/station. You can even walk to the zoo in around 30-40 mins.

Anything would be nit picking really but to improve hotel they could add tea and coffee making facilities to rooms and also stand by their sign in the bathroom about conserving energy and towel washing as although we left our towels hung up they took them and changed them anyway.

Rooms very comfortable and in excellent condition, staff very helpful and breakfast in the morning very good. Free Wi-Fi just required easy registration.

It was everything you would expect, the staff and service were of the highest quality, location is perfect close to Rathaus and Maschsee, and only 10 minutes walk from Hauptbanhof. It's a lovely City people, and this is a great hotel

A spacious, well designed room in this recently refurbished hotel made for a pleasant stay close to Hannover city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was of the cold buffet style refreshed regularly right up until the end. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

La posizione centrale vicino al Maschsee, ideal per fare jogging. Buona la colazione.

Il bagno piccolo nella stanza 51, e la moquette nn proprio linda .

Ruhiges komfortables Zimmer (Junior Suite), sehr geräumig, Bad auch sehr groß. Altstadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, Grünanlagen und der Maschsee quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Keine Badewanne vorhanden. Die Dusche ist lediglich mit einem billigen Plastikvorhang abgetrennt, was sehr störend in dem sonst schönen Ambiente wirkt.
