Spacious rooms, great price. There was central air conditioning, which is a plus, but the A/C wasn't very cool. The breakfast is great. There's a biergarten on the premises, a children's playground 100m from the hotel, and a grocery store about 3 blocks down the road. The hotel staff wasn't the friendliest I've seen. In fact, the restaurant staff was pretty much down right snooty. Also, the location is quite far from the tourist sites - if you are only in Berlin for a short stay, might want to stay closer to the mitte. |

This was my third time at the Hotel. Its friendly, clean, the breakfast is good and it is good to get the travel pass as well. The staff are extremely helpful. Possibly location - a bit far from Alexanderplatz- the travel voucher did help. |

My room was only cleaned once, and I stayed for 4 nights!!! And the peolple at the reception were not so nice when I asked for directions. They never smiled!!! |

quiet and spacious room, excellent breakfast not really a negative point, but in the rain the 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop can seem a bit long. |

Dejlig beliggenhed, meget roligt. Dejligt at kort til transport systemet var med i prisen og blev udleveret på stedet der var store nullermænd på gulvet og de var der i 3 dage i træk, bedre rengøring. Samtidig lugtede der meget af cigaretrøg på badeværelset (kom fra trækkanalen) og da der ikke var ordentlig udsugning, trak røglugten ind på værelset, forbyd rygning. Fint med te-køkken, men der var ingen service så det kunne ikke bruges. Så derfor skal der være service på værelset |

Sehr schöne, geräumige und moderne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhiges Umfeld. Die günstige Lage, d.h. Nähe zu Nahverkehrsmitteln ist positiv. Sehr gutes Reinigungspersonal. Teilweise etwas unfreundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Sehr lange Wartezeiten bei Sonderwünschen. Z.B. Wartezeiten auf zusätzliches Kissen fast 1 Stunde. Wartezeit auf 2 Päckchen löslichen Kaffee, ca 1 1/2 Stunden und Parksituation nicht optimal. Zuerst wollte man diesen "kleinen Sonderwunsch" eigentlich gar nicht erfüllen. |

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss! Mit dem Weekend Special hat man wirklich tolle Optionen! Mit Balkon, Kochniesche, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher..... Sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte geeignet! Sehr ruhige Lage und doch recht Zentral! Nur ein kleinen Spaziergang vom Weißen See entfernt! Dieses Hotel eignet sich U.A. hervorragend zum entspannen. Top Nein - Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten - Z.B. Klimaanlage geht leiser - Ist aber bestimmt in jedem Zimmer anders! |

Prima hotel. Ontbijtbuffet voldoende/goed. Verstrekking gratis OV-kaart super! Ontbijt zou misschien iets uitgebreider/gevarieerder kunnen, was iedere dag hetzelfde. |

Vi fik udleveret gratis kort til transport (både bus, sporvogn, metro) gældende til hele vores ophold. Kørsel til og fra hotellet med det offentlige transportsystem forløb gnidningsløst. Der er køkken til værelserne, et stort plus. |
