The hotel is modern and fully furnished, the kitchen inside the room is a great idea and there was everything to use it properly. Good price for the high quality. The Metrotram is 15 minutes far by walk. Internet Wi-Fi avalaible but not free.

Good situation and excellent staff. Very convinient rooms. Completely dissapointed that everything was in German and not duplicated to English. In the gym I couldn't start running nir cycling because machine asked German questions and noone was there also to help...

It's a great value package as long as you don't mind using public transport for everything. Good beer garden. Nothing of interest in the area and be aware that everything is closed on a Sunday including the hotel restaurant & beer garden! The Internet provision is absolutely rubbish- any 4 star hotel should simply have free strong wifi in 2011!

It was clean and spacious. The room was cold and it was not possible to adjust the temperature much. The location was off the beaten track and not easy to find and was considerably out of the city.

It is a good location for us when we are in Berlin for badmintontraninig with youth. Easy access to town. Nice with a kitchennett. I do not like that it is ok to smoke at the balcony - the smoke and smell from sigaretts is not nice for nonsmokers. We could not open the door because og this. And internett should be free!

Located in a quiet, nice residential area. Close to the M4 tram line, which runs 24h to Alexanderplatz. The rooms are arranged like a studio with a small kitchen. Mini-bar is equipped with water, which is for free consumption. Access to/from the garage is complicated, with 2 sets of staircases, not properly signed. Depending on how full it is, maneuvering might be a challenge, even for a mid-sized car. There is one free hour of internet access per day per room, but I couldn't make it work on my iPhone.

Although it tooks 20 mins to the city center by tram, it doesn't matter since the public transpotation is very frequently in 24 hours. We had a good time in Berliln.

Having travelled to the hotel independantly from the station via tram we found it wasn't well signposted from the main road and only stumbled across it by a bit of luck. The tram ride/distance from city centre was well documented but may be off putting for some. I personally enjoy seeing more of the city so it didn't bother us at all. Reception staff very helpful. Lack of signposting

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms was excellent and we got a good deal on our long weekend stay. The hotel is a bit away from the centre but to us it was worth the trade off in terms of higher value for money/ better prize. The trams ran through the night (at least on weekends) and it took fifteen minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities in room very good eg fridge, microwave, kettle and hob. Room very clean on arrival and daily cleaning etc excellent. Although the hotel is on the edge of the city there is an excellent and frequent tram service 10-15 minutes walk from hotel. The tram can take you to the centre ( Alexanderplatz ) in 10 minutes. There is a pleasant park and lake within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Great hotel, large rooms, good beds, excellent bathroom with tub. Location isn't great but not really a problem. It's a 5 minute walk to the tram stop followed by a 10 minute ride to Alexander Platz.

Ruime kamer voor prima prijs. Ideale uitvalbasis voor degene die het niet erg vindt om naar het centrum te reizen met tram (10 minuten naar Alexanderplatz). Bij receptie een lijnenkaart vragen met daarop de tramlijnen (dat is een andere dan de metrokaart). Ook de twee gratis biertjes in de koelkast bevielen goed. In de zijstraat kan gratis worden geparkeerd, of dit veilig is weet ik niet. Ontbijt kost 14 euro per persoon en is slechts tot 10 uur. Na nachtje doorzakken niet ideaal. De supermarkt op de hoek verkoopt belegde broodjes en koffie.. Wel ideaal dus!
