Der Preis vom Frühstück auf der Buchungsbestätigung stimmt nicht mit dem aktuellem Preis aus dem Hotel über ein.

Beeindruckendes Hotel...sehr stilvoll.

War sehr zentral, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ruhig.

Keine Schubladen für Kleidung; sehr tiefes Waschbecken, sehr schwer Gesicht zu waschen, weil Wasserhahn tief im Becken war.

Frühstück war sehr spärlich. Keinerlei Eier wurden angeboten, gehört doch zu jedem Frühstück dazu !!

The hotel is situated in a very central and convenient location. The little kitchenette is very handy to make tea or coffee and you can prepare breakfast or even cook a meal in your room. As a welcome gift we found two small bottles of water in the fridge and a tin with a local German gherkin ;o) which were free of charge. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it is quite expensive. There is a hairdresser/spa in the hotel building which we do not recommend as the staff is sloppy and not helpful at all. (This hairdresser/spa is not linked to the hotel, though.)

Great location near Alexanderplatz, very luxurious.

Great location for Mitte district, travel, shopping etc. and very good hair salon downstairs.

Staff were not at all helpful when asked to assist with restaurant bookings/recommendations or usual requests that you might expect to be met e.g. a telephone call when the room is ready as it was delayed when we had arrived. Furthermore, we paid for a balcony room but did not get one. When we complained about this upon receiving the bill, we were told that some superior rooms had no balcony.

Location of the hotel is good. Many restaurants and shops around the area.

The hotel staff did not give good instructions for public transport. The tap in the sink is very low makes it very inconvenient to use. You may not want to share your room with a friend that you are not too familiar with because its a open shower and sink area which is right next to the bed.

It was calm, clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Felt that the supply of tea/coffee bags was inadequate, they should have been replenished each day. We also felt that the breakfast was mean and overpriced for a hotel of such a category.
