O Lux 11 apresenta apartamentos elegantes com kitchenette, para além de um salão de cabeleireiro da Aveda e uma boutique de designer. Situa-se a 200 metros da Alexanderplatz (praça), no bairro de Mitte, em Berlim. Os elegantes apartamentos do Lux 11 Berlin-Mitte dispõem de tectos altos e de uma moderna casa de banho com chuveiro de efeito chuva. Os quartos estão equipados com televisão por cabo, leitor de DVD e base de ligação para iPod. No Restaurante Luchs serve uma saborosa cozinha italiana e o Bar Lodge propõe cocktails exóticos, misturados no local. Os hóspedes também poderão pedir um snack gratuito todas as noites, a partir das 23:30h. O Lux 11constitui uma base excelente para explorar os locais da animada vida nocturna, à volta das áreas do Hackescher Markt e da Rosa-Luxemburg Platz, ambas a 5 minutos a pé. O apartamento muito bonito fugindo do conceito de hotel. Muito proximo à estação AlexandrePlatz. Local seguro. Falta de canal brasileiro na televisão.

Well located hotel with nice rooms. Ana on the front desk was really helpful with all questions. Stayed in room at the front which had nice airy feeling with large windows. Wi-Fi system is really annoying. We stayed for 4 days and the login and password has to be renewed every 24 hours by calling down to reception.

It was great to have a little balcony, tucked away right in the centre of Berlin, and the restaurant food was lovely I asked for an iron and ironing board ... there was one: in a small room in the basement which was a bit like a student dorm really, and should definitely be re-thought by management. Business hotel = irons in room!

They wanted to contact me, but made a mistake with my e-mail address, and when we arrived, we had to pay an extra bedroom... As we needed an extra bed in one bedroom for the rest of our stay, we got it for free, because of their mistake. But how can you make a mistake copying an e-mail address ???

Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was spacious, clean and great design. The location was excellent; close to shops, bars and restaurants. There was also an Aveda salon downstairs. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect and stylish location for sightseeing and shopping, very good connected to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and Bus. Transfer Bus from Tegel Airport (TXL) stops 150m away. We met friendly and helpful staff. Our room (414) was very stylish and had a nice balcony. Attractive Shops, Restaurants and pubs around the hotel area. We found the vanity basin and the water tap not so usefull.

tea service in the room/kitchenette, and room being remarkably quiet despite the near street corner location. Wi-fi was too weak for a modern hotel that caters to a business community. The place is not sufficiently hip for (some of) the reception staff to have an attitude.

The location is excellent. Good wifi connection (10 euros / 24 hours) A cheap approach to a design hotel. Painted showers surfaces and floors. No aircon. Style over function - sinks so low they are more suited to laundry. Regularly disturbed by people in corridor or housekeeping when not required. Staff aloof and not very friendly or welcoming. There are so many better places in Berlin, this pretentious badly designed "design hotel" one does not warrant consideration. I rang reception to arrange an extension of my stay (I simply couldn't be bothered changing hotels as I had a lot of business meetings) and reception quoted me a higher rate than booking.com and refused to honour the same rate. So I booked it online again. One final note, the breakfast was meagre with a poor selection.

Conveniently located close to local transport, high end shops, cafes, bars, restaurants yet within walking distance of many attractions too. Lovely atmosphere, clean facilities and curteous staff. Would recommend and would return. We stayed Saturday to Tuesday but the bar was closed Sunday Monday

The size of the room, balcony and kitchenette were points that made this choice a reality. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most places by foot, especially Hacksher Markt, Rosenthaler and Oranienburger Streets. The area is ideal for wandering around, shopping (if you like high end boutiques) , restaurants and clubs. Also close to link up with major transport lines. The balcony was wonderful, and a main point for taking this hotel... There was no English television except news (CNN, BBC) so if you go to this hotel bring DVDs from home. Not much storage space for clothing for 2 people but we managed. The acrylic finishing of sink and shower may look good in the photos but not a great feeling of cleanliness...would have preferred ceramics or other material in these areas. Mirror in shower was fun as well as glass partition.

the location is very good. the room design is very nice and nice view from the window. they had also a room where you can iron your clouths and i think also make loundry. I recommend on the hotel for you guys especialy because of the great location - right in the middle of berlin

Read the previous reviews...and definitely a fan of the Aveda products that they give. And comfy beds! Know it's part of the design....but not so much a fan of how the shower was basically a part of the room. It got cold to come out of the shower!

Really friendly, helpful staff. Smart clean room. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great base near Alexanderplatz station so easy to get to/from the airport and to travel round the city but slightly away from the main tourist haunts.

Modern, simple but very sofisticated and elegant design with a lot of space in an apartment style rooms with all fascilites like kichen etc. Fantastic localization to have a fun or city trip. Restricted possibilites of relax in some (front) room because of noisy area (Alexanderplatz)
