I was in a room where the noise level from an unknown source prevented me from sleeping. After midnight and multiple phone calls to the reception I was transferred into a suite. I did appreciate the upgrade!

Everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was spacious, clean and great design. The location was excellent; close to shops, bars and restaurants. There was also an Aveda salon downstairs. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Allowed us to check in early and check out late for free. Free pickles in the room were random and excellent!

Our room (executive suite) was just perfect! Very nice hotel, good location and cool bar. Breakfast buffet is not very exciting (rather basic) so going to a cafe nearby is a better choice for the same price.

Perfect and stylish location for sightseeing and shopping, very good connected to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and Bus. Transfer Bus from Tegel Airport (TXL) stops 150m away. We met friendly and helpful staff. Our room (414) was very stylish and had a nice balcony. Attractive Shops, Restaurants and pubs around the hotel area. We found the vanity basin and the water tap not so usefull.

The location is excellent. Good wifi connection (10 euros / 24 hours) A cheap approach to a design hotel. Painted showers surfaces and floors. No aircon. Style over function - sinks so low they are more suited to laundry. Regularly disturbed by people in corridor or housekeeping when not required. Staff aloof and not very friendly or welcoming. There are so many better places in Berlin, this pretentious badly designed "design hotel" one does not warrant consideration. I rang reception to arrange an extension of my stay (I simply couldn't be bothered changing hotels as I had a lot of business meetings) and reception quoted me a higher rate than booking.com and refused to honour the same rate. So I booked it online again. One final note, the breakfast was meagre with a poor selection.

Conveniently located close to local transport, high end shops, cafes, bars, restaurants yet within walking distance of many attractions too. Lovely atmosphere, clean facilities and curteous staff. Would recommend and would return. We stayed Saturday to Tuesday but the bar was closed Sunday Monday

the location is very good. the room design is very nice and nice view from the window. they had also a room where you can iron your clouths and i think also make loundry. I recommend on the hotel for you guys especialy because of the great location - right in the middle of berlin

The location was great for shopping, restaurants and bars. Historical sites far away, but metro relatively easy to navigate. The staff were pleasant, but not friendly.

Read the previous reviews...and definitely a fan of the Aveda products that they give. And comfy beds! Know it's part of the design....but not so much a fan of how the shower was basically a part of the room. It got cold to come out of the shower!

Really friendly, helpful staff. Smart clean room. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great base near Alexanderplatz station so easy to get to/from the airport and to travel round the city but slightly away from the main tourist haunts.

The entire staff were exceptionally professional and friendly and most helpful at all times. the kitchenette was well equipped and rooms were very clean every day. spent nine days there and all very nice. Anna was always helpful and friendly. the website does not clearly indicate that some rooms are not airconditioned. should specify clearly. staff were most accommodating in changing the room

Well located hotel with nice rooms. Ana on the front desk was really helpful with all questions. Stayed in room at the front which had nice airy feeling with large windows. Wi-Fi system is really annoying. We stayed for 4 days and the login and password has to be renewed every 24 hours by calling down to reception.

Arrived at the hotel, a 2 minute walk from Alexanderplace metro, I was impressed with the bright exterior of the building. We booked the executive suite, it didn't dissapoint. Truly one of the nicest spaces in a hotel i've seen. So much space, high Walls, high windows, great standard of finish, bed very comfy and the bathtub/shower a few steps from the bed, nice touch for a romantic weekend. Overall wonderful, would definately go back. I can't say what the other rooms are like, but the executive suite was a delight. We arrived at around 13:30 and was told the room wouldn't be ready til 15:00. So we left our bags and had a walk around. Returned at 15:00, still not ready, was told to come back at 16:00. Came back later, staff very apologetic and gave us 2 complimentary drinks at the bar for and showed us to our suite.
