The location was excellent in the city centre of Mannheim. The hotel staff was friendly. Fresh towels every day. But that was about all. It was very noisy (doors banging, voices in the hallway auditable in the room, TV from neighbouring rooms) and it wasn't as clean as it could have been (dust on furniture). Furthermore the door key didn't work properly. |

After spending 20 minutes trying to get into the hotel, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. The bed linen was dingy and grey, pillows poor and room was exceedingly small. Poor ventilation and the shower was so small it was almost impossible to wash properly. A very poor hotel. There was nothing I did like about this hotel |

The best thing about the hotel was its central location. Smokey smell, carpet in the room could have been doing with a good vacuum. Generally, just didn't feel very clean. |

The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. She really made our stay pleasant and we enjoyed talking with her. She did everything she could to help us with our questions about the cost but in the end, could only pass on the decisions of the owner. When we first enquired about a larger room to accomodate our family, we were told none were available. Yet on arrival, there was a large room available and this was not due to someone's cancellation. |

Freundliche Leute, die aus den Gegebenheiten und um einen angemessenen Preis das Beste aus ihrem Haus machen. Einfaches Standard-Frühstück zu angenessem Preis (mir hat nichts gefehlt). Gut schalldichtende Fenster. Für 2 Personen nur ein Stuhl, auf fehlende Kofferablage musste ich aufmerksam machen; Lift hält zwischen den Stockwerken. In den Raum, ursprünglich ohne Bad, sind WC und Bad nachträglich "hausgemacht" in einer Art von Kasten eingebaut, macht das Zimmer noch kleiner. |

Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben, konnte aber den geringen Standard des Zimmers (vor allem das in das Zimmer eingebaute Bad) nicht wettmachen. Das winzige, ins Zimmer eingebaute Bad. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. |
