The views were outstanding - 2nd floor; the apartment was very cozy - home from home! We extended 1 more night because we liked it soooo much. The two double bedrooms were OPPOSITE each other - not next to each other - which was great so more privacy. Dishwasher, modern coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen; towels/linen provided. Open plan living (living room and dining area). Really great for two couples, one couple with one or two children or even one couple with mother-(in-law) (:-)! For people who like to watch television.. good size of TV! Quiet apartment and the little round windows in the bedrooms were so cute. Good storage - loved the old wooden painted traditional wardrobe! Close to the apartment (ca. 7 min walk) is the Pizzeria RENZO (close to the town hall in Partenkirchen). Big portions, good food, friendly staff - recommendable! ALPINA Wellenbad (swimming pool/SAUNA) not far from apartment and you get one entrance for the swimming pool free with your stay. Bakery and butchers near by - so you can have each morning fresh Pretzels for breakfast! HAUSBERG Cable Car Ski Lift 6 min by car; Walkable distance to the little Zugspitzbahn to the Zugspitze (a MUST for everybody!). Please note the tickets are not purchable at the main train station but behind the main train station is the Zugspitzbahnhof (yellowish building). Best thing is to get a map of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then EXPLORE! Lots of massage and wellness places but they are quickly fully booked so try to book in advance (before arrival). No washing machine, but a 'Laundrette' was near by and you could have left your clothes for a service wash;

м9 - семейный миниотель с полным набором удобств, как дома. расположен в тихом районе партенкирхена, в 5 минутах ходьбы от его центра и в 20 минутах ходьбы от центрального ж\д вокзала. рядом - остановка городского общественного транспорта. недалеко - детская площадка. на кухне - хорошая посуда, кофеварка, посудомоечная машина. великолепный вид из окон, приветливые хозяева, просторный номер. мы остались очень довольны.
