The staff very friendly and the breakfast good. The situation of the hotel in the very center of Cologne so we managed to walk anywhere. Our room was smelling of stale tobacco that did trouble us as one of us suffers from asthma |

the staff are really nice and its close to the city center and train station over all a good value hotel it woud have been nice if it had a kettle in the room and more pillows would have been good . |

Is close to dom , river side, stores, chocolate museum, central station which is good. 1.The parking place is too small and are forced to do many maneuvers till get out from there, also expensive. |

The positive attitude of the staff was very enjoyable and encouraging. We felt very well at our room, which was clean, with a bath tube, and were really pleased to find a variety of food in the berakfast room. The insolation is rather ineffective when neighbour guests arrive late, it was inevitable not to get to hear them. |

The staff were very helpful and could not have done more for us cleanliness of bathroom, although this was immediately rectified by staff. Also the mattress was in poor condition |
