Good location, with friendly staff, it was very easy to find, the hotel offers secure parking facilities The whirlpool was out of action, which we wasn't informed about, which also meant the sauna was not in use too, very disappointing |

The location of the hotel was good right beside the central station and the room was very tidy and staff very friendly. Out of 10 value for money i would give this hotel a one, the room was tiny and the pillow if it was a pillow could not be slept on, I went to use the pool and sauna at 11 o clock in the morning only to find all lights turned off and the sauna not turned on . |

Good position for trains, restaurant and shops. All the staff we met had good English. Car parking good. We booked in Feb to arrive in Sep - when we arrived they had no record of our booking but they quickly fixed it. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

It is very near to the train station and different types of food stalls are around. The carpet of guest room shall be changed and cleaned regularly, it looks a bit dirty. |

Did not get internet access working. Even though there is a lift we had to pass three small stairs in order to get into the room, which is annoying with pushchairs and luggage. |

the staff at arrival in the afternoon, however in the morning the lady wasn't that nice I found a liquorice candy on the floor and one stave of the bed was borken and dangling below the bed |

All staff friendly apart from lady in breakfast room. No sauna/steam room, pool only open certain hours, had to use towels from room for the pool and it was cold no heating in surroundings. |

the location has been great as it was close to the station and central main points within the city. The rooms were not half as big as stated on the hotel website. The bath room was not very clean and the room provided was a smoker room rather non-smoker as requested. |
