There is nothing i liked.

I didnt like the whole experience.I booke for 4 nights but left after the 1st night.If this had been my first experience booking on line...it would probably have been the last. 4 stars is a gross exaggeration!!...i wasnt expecting a typical 4 stars for the price,but this is on a budget/backpacker level.I changed to Ibis,which was the same price,clean and excellent value.

I have a house dust allergy, which I got also in the hotel room. Therefore I would recommmend to dust more often! ;)

The quality of the service, and the room furnaturs are old

It was close to the main train station.

The hotel was supposed to be 4 star - it was 2 and a half at best. There was no air conditioning or kettle in the room.

there was quiet room and quiet around ,the breakfast was very good really nice food i like it .and hotel is situated very close to train station that very good cos there is conection with city and is close everywhere

i had problem with hot water cos i stayed in single room it was really bad and room was small but ok and it was too warm ,there is not air conditioned in this hotel but really in germany was too warm those days so was hard sleep in night time,also hotel should change wardrobe for better and modern ...and carpet for new there was little bit dirty even they cleaned room every day....

Very friendly and obliging staff and a good swimming pool. Excellent location near the main railway station.

Room was a little bit hot as there was no airconditioning and the room rate at over 200 Euros seemed a little pricey. Probably my fault for booking late during the conference season.

Very convenient location - just 100m from the main train station and very close to old town and shopping area. Fair price for the rooms.

No place for meeting with the business partners - we had to sit over the tiny table right near the hotel entrance. Ridiculous price for breakfast - 14 EUR. No free Internet connection in the rooms.

Good value, clean and tidy, good position for the main station and the trams.

Room no wifi service

1- carpets in corridors really old and dirty !! It is not suitable for a 4 star hotel and have to be changed !! 2- As usual in most of German hotels, access to internet in the room is not possible. Very old computer available in lobby free of charge and if some body want to use it , should wait for long time. There is no any connection from this computer to printer in reception if you want to get a print from your online ticket or other use. I think a guest of 4 star hotel will be ready to pay some more money but could get free internet in room. 3- Before in most of German hotels breakfast was in the room fees but recently it is separated and should pay with extra fees. May be it is due to bad economy situation in Germany !!

Quality of breakfast was not so good !
