furniture is a little bit tired bathroom isn't perfectly clean

Some of the staff was extremely rude. Some of the room facilities were missing or not working properly.

The room was dirty. Curtains were not properly attached and ripped at the top.

The rooms are in the old house, there is no sound insulation and is heard every sound - the TV from a neighbor, footsteps on the stairs and talk. Impossible to sleep. Staff is not professional, not helpful. Rooms are very cold (in winter). Too high price for this hotel. I do not recommend.

Lovely little hotel with great rooms set in the original apartments with period decoration. Staff were very nice and helpful, despite our arriving at nearly middnight!! Will definitely be visiting again.

Parking very limited in the area, but managed to find a spot (for free!!) after a bit of driving around.

Room nr. 6 is beautiful

i didn't like the bed! i recomend to the hotel to change mattress! thanx God for extra bed covers in closet, first night i thought that we will stay withouth our ribs. everything else OK!

It's unique place with beauty design bath was very nice but the bed are not so good :( and quality of the towels too :(

Lift so old and slow. You need to use a key to open the lift. Doors are opening so difficult, can not immagine that older people can open it. Room is old, furniture is old, sofa was broken, unimpossible to sit on it. Matrace of the bed is in bad condition, you feel every metal part of the bed. Pillows were so thin, old, cheapest you can find in second hand shop. Reception doesnt work from 10pm till 8am so if you are leaving early in the morning you will have problems. Will not stay again

Everything was wonderful.

All was just perfect . Even the WI FI was better than in other places out in Europa. The breakfast table was good and the stuff verry helpfull and nice . The rooms are verry spacey and designet with style and confort unespected for the price . Location is perfect : U bahn station is just around the corner .But best of all was the feeling your are at home . I will be back for sure and reccomend it for everyone !

Sengen trænger til en gevaldig opgradering,kan anbefale ejerne at slå et smut forbi Dansk Sengetøjslager i Falkenbergstrasse og invistere i en god topmadras !! Måske personalet skulle gøres opmærksom på at checke badeværelserne for fejl & mangler,vores hårtørrer, som ikke virkede,faldt ret og slet ud af væggen.Intet sofa/kaffebord ved sofa.

Das Design, das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude. Das sehr freundliche Rezeptionspersonal. Das Frühstück auch sehr ok. Verdunkelung im Zimmer auch sehr ok. Für einen romantischen Stadttrip ideal.

Das Leintuch war längs doppelt gelegt, so dass der Stoff nicht mehr zum fest Einstopfen an den Seiten reichte. D.h. beim Umdrehen hätte man automatisch alles mitgezogen und dann irgendwann auf der bloßen Matratze geschlafen. Außerdem sah man so an der Seite die gestückelte Matratzenkonstruktion (dickere Auflage auf einer etwas älteren Federkernmatratze) deutlich. Das hat die optische Wertigkeit des ganzen Zimmers/Hotels deutlich gesenkt, obwohl ich sehr gut auf dieser Konstruktion geschlafen habe - nachdem ich das Leintuch erst einmal richtig bezogen hatte. Die Dusche war etwas schwer zu bedienen (Umschaltung von fester Regendusche auf Handdusche nicht klar). Die Handtücher waren sauber, aber an den Kanten vollkommen ausgefranst und verschlissen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie ein Unding! Ich hatte einen Sonderpreis, der sehr ok war. Für den normalen Preise wäre es im Verhältnis sehr am Limit gewesen, bzw. ich würde es nur im Notfall zum Originalpreis buchen. Durch den denkmalgeschützten Altbau auch sehr hellhörig zum Flur hin (Gehen und Kommen anderer Gäste deutlich zu hören).

что ожидали, то и получили - соответствующий своей цене отель. месторасположение очень удобное, рядом метро, ку-дамм и вильмерсдорфер штрассе (торговые улицы), много общепита на любой вкус. персонал говорит по-русски, очень отзывчивы, помогли решить несколько возникших в путешествии неожиданных проблем. спасибо всем, кто работает в этом отеле за внимательное отношение к постояльцам!

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme, da sich die Zimmer in ehemaligen Altbauwohnungen befinden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Die Tische im Frühstücksraum sind für eine vierköpfige Familie viel zu klein und wackelig. Außerdem gibt es nur zwei Tische, an denen vier Personen Platz haben, so daß man sich als Familie auch schon mal aufteilen muß. Das WLAN funktionierte erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen.

比較的低予算で、いかにもヨーロッパといった雰囲気のホテルに泊まることができ、朝食もついていた点がよか- ったです。バスルームも清潔で、WiFiも快適に利用できました。

部屋の照明が十分でなかった点が少し居心地がよくありませんでした。

La chambre était très spacieuse. Le métro est tout proche.

Le personnel qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner n'est pas sympathique du tout. A 10h, ils débarrassent tout alors que vous n'avez pas fini votre déjeuner. Vous ne pouvez pas prendre une table à 4 alors que vous êtes 3 et on vous donne une table sur laquelle il n'y a qu'une assiette et une tasse de mise. Ils ne disent pas bonjour et font la tête. Déplorable et pas accueillant !!!!!

Kein Zimmerservice bei zwei Übernachtungen. Handtuch (keine Handtücher 4 Personen) und Klopapierrolle wurde nur vor der Tür abgelegt. Benutze Handtücher lagen noch im Bad. Kein Ansprechpartner bei der Reklamation. Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, sehr durchgelegen. Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Fotos.

essenziale, ottimo design. buonissima posizione vicino alla strada dei negozi. ottima per potersi muovere fuori E dentro berlino.

Очень красивые номера в отеле. Понравился старинный дом, в котором находится отель, лифт, огромные потолки. В отеле недавно был ремонт, новая сантехника, красивая ванная. Дружелюбный персонал, русскоязычный.
