The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The upgrading of our room on arrival at no extra cost. The delicious breakfast. The general ambience of the hotel and feeling very relaxed during our stay. Inability to book a chosen massage for the time I requesqted due to the unavailability of Spa staff. The only member available, I was informed, was unable to perform the 'hot stone massage' and consequently I was given the Ayurvedic one which was priced at double my original treatment! I was not happy with this option but as I had so looked forward to a Spa treatment I took the only option on offer!

Perfect location in the centre of old Baden-Baden, right next to the casino and 2 mins from the town centre with restaurants, bars, etc. The hotel is upmarket, pristine and the spa/pool are excellent. The cupboard in the double room we stayed in was barely large enough for one person let alone a couple staying for a few days.

The spa facilities are very nice. We enjoyed them completely alone which was a luxe! The location is perfect in the city center of Baden Baden. Breakfast is also very good according to the category of the hotel. Some "basic" extras are costly charged. There is no free wireless which is often offered by most of the hotels. I was charged with 20€ per day to use the "private" parking (that was in fact the public parking) to park my motorbike and I am not convinced that I was doing something illegal as it was indicated at the entrance that motorbikes were forbidden... but I had no choice... In all the other hotels (5) we have been staying during our motorbike travel by Germany there was free wireless and the most expensive parking I paid was 7 € and in some of them I was allowed to park for free! That was not the case in the Dorint...

Fernsehgerät war defekt! Duschgel und Shampoo wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Zimmermädchen ist unerwünscht ins Zimmer gekommen! Zimmertür kann von Innen nicht gesichert werden!

Ganz toll war das Frühstücksbuffet. Es lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und ist fast nicht zu toppen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist relativ veraltet. Der Saunabereich gehört neu renoviert. Schön dagegen waren die Ruheräume. Schade, dass sich das ganze im Untergeschoß befindet. Das Zimmer war auch relativ klein. Wir wurden nachts (0.20 Uhr) an der Hausbar abgewiesen bzw. in die Raucherlounge verwiesen mit der Begründung "es muss noch für den nächsten Tag umgeräumt werden" ! Wir sind dann lieber ins Bett gegangen. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Gesamten nicht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind nett und sehr gepflegt. Die Restaurants im Haus zu empfehlen. Der Wellnessbereich klein aber schön Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit nicht aufdringlich. Es waren gelungene Ferien. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit nicht aufdringlich, es war ein Mir fällt nichts ein. Mein Mann und ich waren zufrieden.

Отличное местоположение. Хороший спа комплекс, народа всегда немного.Рождественский рынок работал в этом году аж до 30 декабря! Отель подорожал по сравнению с прошлым годом. Теперь в эту же сумму за номер завтрак уже не входит. И приветственный напиток уже никто не предлагал...

очень уютный и комфортный отель. касивый, ухоженный город и окресности. подышать, погулять, подлечиться. отличная кухня! вначале заселили с детьми в номер с утренним грохотом мусорными баками. потом пересеили.

Is goed hotel kom hier al vele jaren. Is dicht bij Casino, Kerstmarkt en centrum. Hebben ook gezellige bar met live muziek Hebben geen goed restaurant. Kunt feel beter en goedkoper in casino eten.

Rezeption war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ebenso das Personal im Barbereich. Zimmer waren schön und sehr sauber. Allerdings habe ich in dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse schon weitaus geräumigere und komfortablere Zimmer gesehen. Im Ruheraum im Spabereich ist ein zusätzlicher Raum in den alle paar Minuten jemand vom Personal ein aund ausgeht. Sehr nervig! Restaurantempfehlung des Concierge bei der Frage nach einem guten Italienier entpuppte sich als Standard-Pizzeria Rang Nr. 35 der besten Restaurants in Baden Baden. Im Frühstücksraum wurden Hunde geduldet, was m.E. ein absolutes No-Go ist. Einige Gäste mussten bis zu 20 Minuten warten ehe sie einen Frühstückstisch zugeteilt bekamen.

Я всегда останавливаюсь в этом замечательном отеле. Он мне нравится во всем, особенно нравится профессиональное обслуживание. Один из главных моментов в выборе отеля в моем любимом городе, работа замечательной и профессиональной Татьяны. По любым вопросам я обращалась к ней и она все их решала. Никакой проблемы ни с одной моей просьбой не возникало. Поэтому в конце января я приеду в Баден-Баден и выберу опять свой любимый отель. Ирина Колесник
