The location of this hotel is incredible. I don't know that you can find a better "base" to stay. Breakfast is expensive if you get it.

This hotel has clean and comfortable rooms. I'd read the reviews before I arrived and experienced none of the troubles with noise and standard of rooms that others suggested. It's a simple hotel, but suited my needs perfectly.

Excellent breakfast. The room is always clean and comfortable. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just in the center of the Mannheim shopping center (excellent location). I would be very pleased to recommend people to consider this hotel (Preiswert!). The Internet charge is too expensive.

Reception area open 24/7, staff quite helpful, bar staff really friendly. The rooms are quiet and the location is excellent to discover the city! The pool area is really clean as well. Bathroom with tub and (extremely) hot water at all time, which is quite enjoyful. The room we were staying in was on 4th floor, located beneath the swimming pool, thus, all night, we had the noise of the generator... But you get used to it. Bit of shame for a 4-star hotel to have such a tiny cathodic television... And, if you want to go to the swimming pool, do not forget to go to the Reception before to get the key of a locker (against deposit of 20€)... this information is only provided inside the changing cabines...

Our room was quite large, and the bathroom had a tub. The walls were also properly sound-proof. Excellent location. A couple of things: first, the water of the swimming pool was very cold every time we visited it, so I supposed it is kept like this all the time. Unless you like freezing cold water, you won't enjoy a bath there. Second, almost all the tv channels available are in German, so if you don't understand it you won't have too much to watch. Apart for these minor things, the hotel was good.

proximité université - nous avions commandé une chambre deux lit, nous avons recu une chambre avec un seul lit et tres petit de surcroit - bruit empechant le sommeil du aux terrasses de la rue commercante - dejeuner à 18eur = tres cher - pas de wifi gratuit !

Die Lage ist super günstig, mitten in der Einkaufsmeile. Schwimmbad war ausreichend zum schwimmen, hell und freundlich. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kaffeemaschine am Frühstücksbuffet bereitet ausgezeichnete Kaffeespezialitäten zu. Das Essen beim Frühstück war teilweise kalt, im Sportbereich fehlte Disinfektionsmittel und Wasser, Sauna war mit einer Lampe zu dunkel. Parkgarage sehr, sehr eng, nicht für große Autos geeignet. Für den Preis hätten wir ein etwas größeres Zimmer erwartet.

Die besonders gute Lage nahe Bahnhof und Nationaltheater sowie das freundliche Personal. Falls einem wichtig ist, fern zu sehen, wäre die TV-Vorrichtung in meinem Zimmer zu schäbig gewesen, wo man kaum mehr als 3 sprachlich adäquate Sender einstellen konnte.

Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders im Restaurant am 31.12. wo wir am Abend mit der Familie gespeist haben,hat sich das Personal sehr um uns bemüht. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Wir sagen Danke!

Die zentrale Lage - Keine Handtücher in der Sauna - Kein Hinweis darauf von der Reception - Frühstück nur 08/15 Qualität mit verbranntem Speck - Hotel outfit sehr "angestaubt" - Bademantel musste beim Auschecken mit an die Rezeption gebracht werden ???!!!

Lage in der Quadratstadt = man ist mitten im Leben / schönes Frühstücksbuffet / anständige Zimmergrößen / Eigenes Parkhaus, aber... ... wer ein großes Auto hat, wird mächtig ins Schwitzen kommen, da es doch etwas beengt ist.
