Anonymous Young couple Germany June 18, 2011	Nettes Personal. Das Bad war sehr eng. Mir haben im Zimmer selbst die in Hotels üblichen Informationen zum Hotel gefehlt. Die einzigen Informationen die im Zimmer ausgelegen haben waren die Programmzeitschrift für den Fernseher. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus besteht aus einem , ich meine man nennt es Paternoster- Aufzug. Anonymous Mature couple Germany February 15, 2011	Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr, sehr nett. Nachdem wir 3 x das Zimmer reklamiert (s.u.) haben bekamen wir gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Zimmer. Dies war sein Geld wirklich mehr als wert. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Auch die Gänge auf den Fluren waren neu renoviert, sehr ansprechend und sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich herausstechend gut. Sehr umfangreich und frisch. Es war wirklich alles da: frisches Obst, div. Joghurts, etliche Aufschnittvarianten, Käse, Räucherlachs, Gemüse, Marmeladen, Rührei, Eier, Speck, Würstchen, frische Säfte, div. Kaffeesorten, Müsli´s, Milch, div. Brotsorten,..... da kommen so manche 4-Sterne Hotels nicht mit. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Fußgängerzone. Immer wieder gerne!! Die Musik zum Frühstück ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig (GEMA-frei?), das WC roch trotz täglicher Säuberung durch das Personal leider nach Urin, was ich auch schon bei vorherigen anderen Bewertungen lesen konnte, das Restaurant ist viel geschlossen bzw. für geschlossene Gesellschaften reserviert, anfangs bekamen wir ein älteres Zimmer und mussten insges. 3 x wechseln (1. Zimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten, 2. Zimmer war WC-Spülung defekt, 3. Zimmer hatte sich ein vorheriger Gast auf dem Teppich übergeben - dies war zwar gereinigt, wurde aber mit Möbeln überstellt - hier sollte der Teppich umgehend erneuert werden). Es wurde aber ganz toll auf die Reklamationen eingegangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Did you find this review helpful?	9.2
