The wireless had no signal in my room 521. Also the room was close to the door to the elevator, and it was plumping all the time making terrible noise.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück Zustellbett war nicht im Zimmer parat trotz Vorankündigung bei Buchung und per Anruf 1 Tag vorher. Putzfrau hat und durch mehrmaliges Klingeln um 9:30 geweckt, obwohl der Check Out erst um 11:30 war - ich möchte gefälligst ausschlafen!

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, jederzeit wieder. Hinweis dass spezielle Tarife für die Uni Mannheim gelten. Dieses Hotel kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal dem Küchenteam.

My room is facing the street, so very noisy. The hair dryer doesn't work. About 25 minutes by walking to the train station. Otherwise, everything is ok.

Gut ausgestettes Hotelzimmer mit sehr guten Matrazen. Simmer war sauber und das Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Lage ist an einer sehr frequentierten Straße und daher ist eine Verkehrsbedingte Gräuschkulisse in einigen Zimmern gegeben.

De locatie is prima, in de binnenstad. Ontbijt is goed, eigen parkeer faciliteit en wlan door hele hotel. Kamers zijn sober en niet heel groot.

Nettes Personal. Das Bad war sehr eng. Mir haben im Zimmer selbst die in Hotels üblichen Informationen zum Hotel gefehlt. Die einzigen Informationen die im Zimmer ausgelegen haben waren die Programmzeitschrift für den Fernseher. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus besteht aus einem , ich meine man nennt es Paternoster- Aufzug. Negativ war hier, dass man beim herausfahren mit der Frontschürze jedesmal aufsetzt.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Im WC war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch vom Kanalnetz des Hauses zu richen. Der Eingangsbereich hat nicht sehr Einladend ausgesehen. auch der Tepichboden hat die beste Zeit schon lang erlebt.
