The staff found a solution to our problem We booked a room with one double bed and a extra simple bed. We received a three beds room. The rooms were really cold and the heater was not working after some complain they finally gave us two separate room with heater that were sufficiently heating the room...

Not a lot. Clean bed Tired hotel, service especially in the bar was terrible. Another group of 6 people arrived in the bar just before us but our drinks took more than 30 min to order. Complained to reception but to no avail.

Decent and clean hotel. Good location on the outskirts of Cologne. Close to parks and restaurants. Short taxi ride into the city center. Free parking! Hotel is dated, bathroom is a bit small. WiFi is eur 10 for 24h.

Vanaf het eerste moment dat wij er aankwamen was alles in orde. Vriendelijk dame aan receptie bij binnenkomen en vriendelijke man bij verlaten van hotel voor de rest alles meer dan in orde Eerlijk gesproken, eigenlijk niets

Kamer en badkamer zijn prima Beperkt WIFI en tegen extra betaling. Verder van het centrum dan verwacht. Alleen met taxi redelijk makkelijk naar centrum

Normaal doorsnee hotel Niet 4 sterren waardig. Saunagedeelte bleek alleen open te zijn op bepaalde tijdstippen, zonder ons daar vooraf over te informeren.

Personnel très sympathique. SPA/Sauna bien entretenus. Parking gratuit (public) juste devant l'hôtel, souvent des places. Le "lit" supplémentaire de notre suite était en fait le canapé, mais très mal réglé (j'étais coupé en deux). Néanmoins ils ont rapidement réglé le soucis après l'avoir indiqué.

Jsem zde již po několikáté, vyhovuje mi lokalita a velice příjemný personál a cena odpovídající nabídce. Uvítala bych pestřejší minibar, v minibaru jsou pouze 4 nealko drinky (zdarma), ráda bych připlatila za něco malého k snědku.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit vernünftigem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Frühstück (€ 19 p.P.) und WLAN (€ 9,95 / 24 h) überteuert. Hotel wirbt durch Aushang im Fahrstuhl, jeden Preis über Buchungsplattformen bei Buchung auf der eigenen Homepage um € 5 zu unterbieten oder das Frühstück gratis zu gewähren.

Service und Freundlicjkeit der Mitarbeiter, war sehr angenehm. Besonders habe ich nden Gargenstellplatz geschätzt, da in der Region dei Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind sehr laut. Obwohl ich ein Zimmer zur Rückseite gebucht hatte, erhielt ich eines zur Strassenseite.

L'hôtel n'est pas trés loin du centre (6km), on peut y garer gratuitemement sa voiture. Et le spa gratuit c'est juste top aprés une journée de visite. Le personnel prend le temps et est sympa. Les chambres sont un peu moins jolies que sur les photos. Ca fait un peu viellot mais en même temps, on vient pas à Koln pour rester dans la chambre.
