I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. It was sold as a 4 star hotel, however I have seen 3 star hotels looking better. Location is very distant from the city and it takes a while to get there by bus. Beds uncomfortable, even though I booked it because of the advertised wellness area, after seeing the room I did not feel like going there. Even though the hotel was fairly clean, it did not have any renovations done in a long while. Summary: very poor quality for money, location is very distant, it should not be 4 star but a 3 star hote

Close to the bus taking one to the center of the city. Strict rules for when the breakfast starts. No regards for the need of some people to be early at work. I paid 17 Euro almost daily for no more than a coffee and a piece of bread with butter. Never again.

Wir hatten eine lange Reise vor uns aber leider mussten wir ziemlich lange für den Check out warten, denn zwei Anrufe wurden dazwischen genommen und es dauerte. Warum werden Anrufer bevorzugt?????? Das ist nicht einzusehen

Das einzige Positive: die Freundlchkeit des Rezeptionisten! Sehr sehr laut an der Hauptstr./Zubringer zur Autobahn. Keine Klimaanlage, zeitweise kein Wasser, zeitweise kein Lift. Das Hotel ist für 50+-Reisende nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück war mit 17,00 € pro Person absolut überteuert! Es gab keine Besonderheiten, die diesen Preis rechtfertigen könnten. Für "Extras" wie frisch gepresste Säfte oder Cafe Latte sollte trotz 17,00€/Person noch extra gezahlt werden. Hier wird das günstige Zimmer hintenrum wieder eingenommen! Und die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist leider auch negativ zu erwähnen. Mit dem Bus 25 Min.(1,70€/Person), per Taxi 10-15 Min. (12,00€).

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, was für 17E aber auch zu erwarten ist, Personal sehr zuvorkommend Türschlösser sind absolut lausig, Türe zu meinem Zimmer (506) war aufgebrochen worden. Die Reparatur war so schlecht ausgeführt worden, daß die Türe jederzeit mit einem kräftigen Fußtritt wieder geöffnet werden könnte. Die Raumtemperatur läßt sich nicht einstellen, nachts war es viel zu warm zum Schlafen, nachts das Fenster zu öffnen war undenkbar wegen des Lärmpegels. das Hotel war mal sehr schick, aber das ist über 20 Jahre her - seitdem wurde nicht viel gemacht...

Uitstekend hotel, professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. Ik had een comfort kamer en alles was tiptop in orde. Super ontbijtbuffet. In de koelkast op de kamer enkel water. Wel 24u roomservice ook voor de bar. Voor mensen die het niet erg vinden om 20 minuten bus naar het centrum te nemen (taxi 's nachts €14 vanaf Dom).

Un hotel increible en relacion calidad/precio con un spa alucinante para relajarse,cuenta con un personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y atenderte. Unicas pegas posibles de este hotel son esta un poco alejado del centro pero asi puedes darte un bonito paseo por las calles de colonia y que no incluye desayuno buffet en el precio y si lo quieres por separado el precio es un poco elevado.Pero salvando estos dos minusculos detalles yo repetiria sin duda en este hotel.

Die Dekoration im Wellnessbereich. Service durch die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter. Am meisten habe ich Liegen im Wellnessbereich vermisst. Für mich gehört zum Saunieren auch eine Ruhephase im Liegen. Auch war schon deutlich sichtbar, dass das Hotel zwar gepflegt, aber eben auch in die Jahre gekommen ist.
