Luxurious. Breakfast far too expensive for those who can eat very little in mornings, very unfair rate. No towels were replaced on one day, having to wait for towel set in the morning after ordering. Breakfast far too expensive for those who can eat very little in mornings, very unfair rate. No towels were replaced on one day, having to wait for towel set in the morning after ordering. No proper ventilation in whole hotel, felt very much dryness in the air and heat all through, even with windows open on a cool day. Hence, we preferred to stay outside more than inside, even after having paid so much. When we check in, they must re-emphasis that breakfast is not included, we hardly eat anything in morning, and to pay 24 euros each, was exorbitant.

- Arrogant employees - No quiet place for customers on the saturday evening because there was a big reception. Maritim couldn't offer a place to seat (only a busy and noisy bar) for the clients who had a late flight.This is not normal for a 4 star hotel. - Location is not optimum if you need access to public transportation

the staff were very polite, helpful and gave the impression they really wanted to make your stay as pleasant as possible. One of the young gentlemen on the reception desk was particularly helpful in making phone calls for me to establish whether 1939/45 wartime sites were open and available for me to visit on a Saturday. It was my first visit to Berlin since June 1945 when I was stationed in Wedding as a English soldier in the British Sector of Berlin.

The location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and delighted to help in any way that they could. Facilities were excellent and the room was very comfortable.

Booked a double bed but it was two singles pushed together.

Proximity to Potsdamer Platz and Tiergarten (major city park)

The fitness room is extremely small and below 4Star standards

I liked the room size and the cleanliness of the room. Bed was comfortable.

Not close to Metro. TV is old style CRT. Decoration could be better.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sehr sauberes Bad und WC, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr viefältig mit guter Qualität, der Innenpool ist ausreichend groß, die Fitnessgeräte sind in einem guten Zustand, gute fußläufige Erreichbarkeit zum Potsdamer Platz ( Sony Center),

Ich hatte bei drei aufeinanderfolgenden Übernachtungen keinen Zimmerservice, obwohl das ZImmer morgens jeweils bis 10 Uhr geräumt war. Bei Rückkehr am Abend waren Betten nicht gemacht, Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Ich hätte mir seitens der Hotelleitung ein unbürokratisches Entgegenkommen für das Versäumnis gewünscht (Preisnachlaß, Übernachtungsgutschein, ...). Stattdessen wurde ein bürokratisches, schriftliches Beschwerdeverfahren mit dem Zentralmanagement eingeleitet???? Im Ergebnis habe ich die Übernachtungen voll bezahlt, jedoch nur einen Teil der Leistung erhalten. Dieser "Service" paßt nicht zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an U/S-Bahn und Bus

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Hotelmitarbeiter/innen. Das ist absolute Spitzenklasse Das Hotel ist komfortabel + niveauvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer + Bad sind ausreichend groß. Gerne übernachten wir hier wieder.

Es ist wirklich alles o.k.+ perfekt, man kann sagen: First Class ! Kleiner Wermutstropfen aus der Minibar: Mineralwasser (0,7 l ) = € 6,50 + 1 Fl. Bier (0,33 l) = € 4,50, Tiefgarage = € 22,00 f. 24 Stunden.

24 Euro für ein Frühstücksbuffet sind meiner Meinung nach vollkommen überteuert. Der Fitness und Spa-Bereich ist viel zu klein für ein Haus mit über 500 Zimmern. Ein im Hotel stattfindender Kongress mit über 2.000 Teilnehmern und Verkaufsständen (!!!) in der Hotelhalle hat die Bewegungsfreiheit empfindlich eingeschränkt und der Lärmpegel war entsprechend.

Super Lage, schöne Einrichtung, sehr kinderfreundlich, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
