Location close to government district. Extremely highly priced. €145 for a basic room, plus €18 for parking, plus €35 for a lousy Internet connection? C'mon. The non-smoking room was previously used as a smoking room. Anyway, for this price I expect a superb room with all services included. When I complained about the bad Internet connection, I was told that I could also use the business centre, for €5 per 15 minutes! What kind of people normally go to this hotel? I felt treated like a piss-poor outcast. For those who need their wallets emptied, I highly recommend this hotel.

It is close to the transport ministery. When I came in this hotel 30 years ago, it was perfect. Ever since there has been no renovation of the rooms. By now it is getting a bit out of date and you can see it has had its best time. Still comfortable, but I would not like to pay a top price for it. 110 € for the night without breakfast is a fair price, it is not worth more...

Nice Building; competent and friendly staff; more than decent rooms; free swimming pool added bonus. I would have expected free wifi access in the room. Instead there was not even free wifi in the hall. Considering the low cost of internet rates, I think charging for this service is unacceptable.

Diesmal war das Personal am Empfang viel freundlicher als sonst (einheimisches Personal, scheinbar besser geschult). Das Ambiente war angenehmer als bei meinem letzten Besuch. Angenehm ist immer die günstige Verbindung zur Innenstadt. Sogar in einer Suite ist es nicht wirklich sauber. Gesaugt wird nur in der Mitte eines Raumes. Eine Generalgroßputzaktion würde nicht schaden! Und natürlich müssten die Möbel mal erneuert werden.

размер комнат, оборудование ванной комнаты, дизайн номера, обеспечение тишины в номере, окна которого выходят на загруженное автомобилями шоссе. наличие хорошего плавательного бассейна. хороший ресторан для завтрака. красивый и просторный вестибюль (лобби). морально устаревший телевизионный приемник. из 25 свободно доступных в моем номере программ 22 на немецком языке, которым клиент не обязательно владеет, только один на англ., один - на франц., зато имеется один или два - на арабском. русскоязычные программы вообще отсутствуют. доступ в интернет дорогой (18 Euros an hour), желательно сделать его доступным без дополнительной платы, как это делается во многих других отелях.

Großes Business-Hotel /Fertig, sonst keinen extra-Charme! Würde nie einen Ferientag dort verbringen! Unsere Reservierung hatte nicht geklappt! Ohne die Bestätigung von Booking hätte man versucht uns abzufertigen...

Die Zimmer sind funktionell in Ordnung.Die Seite nach Osten ist ruhig. Restaurant, Bar und Lobby sind angenehm. Das Personal freundlich.Parken gratis vor dem Haus. Kein Eintrag.

La atención. Los precios de los desayunos son exhorbitantes. La ducha cambia de temperatura de frío a caliente a cada momento. Wifi en la habitación muy débil, se interrumpe a cada momento.

Unkompliziertes und schnelles Check-in und Check-out, spätes Check-out war problemlos möglich. Tiefgarage sehr gut, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Zusatzkosten für Internet nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Preis für das Frühstück (18 €) zu hoch.

Bügeln bei der unfreundlichen Hausdame nicht möglich. Sie gab mir selbst das Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und meinte sie würde meine Bluse nicht glatt bekommen! Sogenannte Kartoffelstäbchen bitte nicht bestellen, die sind an jeder Frittenbude besser. Frühstück einfach viel zu teuer!

Unser Besuch in Bonn (Anreise von Basel!) galt dem Cirque Buffon, der im Dezember 2012 im Hotel Maritim gastierte. Wir kannten den Zirkus schon länger, aber bisher nur im Chapiteau. So waren wir enttäuscht, das er im Maritim in einem Saal gespielt wurde. Die Ambiance entsprechend unpassend und der Saal war viel zu kalt. Wir mussten Wolljacken tragen um nicht zu frieren. Auch bezahlten wir im Vorfeld mehr als ein übliches Ticket, damit wir unsere Sitzplätze reservieren konnten. Bei Einlass in den Saal setzte sich aber jeder nach Wunsch irgenwo hin. Enttäuschend! Die Sitzplätze waren nicht numeriert! Auch das Personal vor Ort war nicht instruiert über die Sitzplatz Vergabe. Die Bezeichnung 'Cirque' ist somit irreführend und falsch. Ihr haettet den Event als 'Varieté Buffon' bezeichnen sollen. Künftig werden wir diesen Event NICHT mehr unter diesen Umständen besuchen!

Speisenangebot Frühstück war gut. Verständnisvoller Hotelmanager! 4,5 Sterne sind ein Witz: Schimmel im Bad, Boden und Ausstattung herunter gekommen, gehört dringend renoviert, unverschämte Preise, keine Standards! Rühreier kalt, Polster im Frühstücksraum versifft. Das Maritim hat wohl seine Glanzzeiten hinter sich. Man kann die Probleme nicht über den Preis lösen, nur über die Qualität! Mitarbeitern (außer Manager, siehe oben!) arrogant und schnippisch. Das geht alles so nicht!

Zeer dicht bij diverse overheidsgebouwen e.d. (5 min. lopen) Basisprijs kamer redelijk, echter zonder ontbijt waarvoor € 18 wordt gevraagd. Voor alle bijkomende zaken moet flink wordt betaald.
