Ambiente moderno, confortevole e pulito

Internet a pagamento (è gratuito ed efficiente perfino in aeroporto!!!) Colazione a pagamento Senza Internet e Breakfast il rapporto Qualità/Prezzo è basso

Its a rip off, you have to pay for everything. Room service prices where too high. You have to pay for internet! This is unacceptable when I am paying 160 per night. It is also in the middle of nowhere, no chance to use another restaurant or bar. Will not go back. The styling is outdated by 20 years.

While in a business district it is close to public transport facilities.

Rooms somewhat outdated. Ridicoulously high price for non-included breakfast. Internet access only against high cost, where free wifi is nowadays standard.

For the money you charge, it would be good to provide a kettle and an iron in the room

Air conditioning. Reliable standard of suervice.

There was a major convention at the hotel which took over much of the Hotel and restricted my access to some facilities. This wasn't made aware to me at the time I made the booking

Travaillant pour une filiale de DT ( Buyin ) j' ai choisis cet hotel pour la proximité des locaux DT.

J' ai trouvé cet hotel un peu " vieillot" mais confortable. Les chambres auraient besoin d' un relooking + jeune .

das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alles,damit man zufrieden ist

für den hohen Preis der Unterkunft,kann man mehr erwarten.Z.B.dass die Tiefgarage inklusive ist,ein Frühstück für 17,-€ ist meiner Meinung nach unverschämt,wenn ich ein Gast des Hauses bin.

النظافه والتصميم وحسن المعامله وكبر مساحة الغرف

لاتوجد به قنوات فضائيه عربيه عدا قناة الجزيرة الإخبارية نرجوا منهم زيادة القنوات العربية والإنجليزيه وخدمة الغرف تقفمل مبكرا في الساعة10 مساءا نرجوا ان تكون 24 ساعه حتى يتسنى للزبون القادم من السفر ان يجد طعام في الفندق خصوصا بان الأوقات المتأخره لاتوجد مطاعم مفتوحة في المدينة

Im Maritim sieht jedes Zimmer gleich aus, was nach einigen Aufenthalten (wie bei mir) einen angenehmen Wiedererkennungseffekt ergibt, so dass man sich etwas wenigr asl Fremder im Hotel fühlt. Das Personel ist sehr professionell und aufmerksam, und diesmal hatte ich auch ein ruhigeres Zimmer, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Strassenbahnmündung. Ins Maritim komme ich gerne, weil ich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss von meinem Kunden gehen muss und schon da bin.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber mit 17 € viel zu teuer.

Größe des Zimmers

Einrichtung des Zimmers. Es ist doch alles sehr piefig! Dunkle Schränke, beiger Teppich, Stoffsofa: Sehr gediegen und eher alt.

Hotel profissional, serviços à alemã, tudo funciona. Bom restaurante buffet, serviço de bar fraco. Ao nível de conforto as coisas eram correctas, mas de facto quem sabe de conforto são as cadeias espanholas, portuguesas e francesas (e obviamente as grandes cadeias americanas). Os alemães não nasceram propriamente para ser hoteleiros, são frios e frugais. Mas enfim, é um bom hotel, de qualquer modo.

Preço dos quartos é caro (value for money desajustado)
