Breakfast is very good. Most staff are nice.

I was disappointed that the hotel does not have free wifi. Even smaller, cheaper hotels in Germany and elsewhere provide free wifi to customers. I find this lack of free wifi service substandard. The room I had costed € 115 per night without breakfast, which costed another € 17, and in room cabled internet costed another € 8 per hour or € 15 per 24 hrs.

Internet was expensive, water in the shower went from boiling to freezing every 15 seconds without touching the handle (desk staff said they would send someone to look and didn't), room was expensive and woefully out dated 1970's style, room and breakfast were expensive for the quality of the hotel... beer at the bar was expensive (which should be a crime in Germany).

Its a rip off, you have to pay for everything. Room service prices where too high. You have to pay for internet! This is unacceptable when I am paying 160 per night. It is also in the middle of nowhere, no chance to use another restaurant or bar. Will not go back. The styling is outdated by 20 years.

The hotel is part of a known chain, standard quality at this level. Good breakfast, but the dinner buffet is only passable, not really worth it. As in many larger hotels, internet access is not free. You can choose between wifi with Deutsche Telekom, or wired through the hotel (which is very expensive). It is located 10m by tram/subway from the center of town.

Big room, good breakfast, nice swimming pool and sauna.

I didn't found heated towel hanger in the bathroom, which caused an incovenience as I used the pool and needed to dry my swimming clothes.

The rooms were of a good size; staff were friendly enough and the swimming pool/sauna complex was particularly good.

Everything was on the expensive side including the room rates themselves. It is situated away from Bonn city centre so perhaps not ideal for those on a sightseeing weekend away. However, absolutely ideal for those attending a conference at the same venue

Very convenient to beer fest!!!

Friendly staff; Good food at the bar and off-hours. It was convenient for me attending a conference in this part of Bonn (which is quite some distance from the city center).

My room was smelling of cold smoke, although on the non-smoker floor, and could use a refurbishment anyhow, also regarding the style.

1.) beim Auschecken - sehr unfreundliche Dame - 2.) beim Einchecken war Freundlichkeit ok - jedoch auf zimmerwunsch nur teilweise eingegangen , trotz gebuchtes Raucherzimmer und Rückfrage nichtraucherzimmer bekommen, 3.) irreführung der Serviceleistung im Zimmer - auf Wasserflasche ein Willkommensgruß - und nach genauerem Hinsehen kostet dies Wasserflasche : 7,00 EURO !!!! die auch verrechnet wird.

gar nichts, für das Preisverhältnis hat man viel mehr erwartet. wellnessbereicht war nicht sauber, Altes Fernsehen im Zimmer, Heizung im Zimmer hat nichz funktioniert .

Die Mitarbeiter, die sich nach Kräften bemühten!

Kein durchgehender Bistro! Kein Friseur! Keine Vorbereitung auf Messe in Köln, Keine kompetente Einweisung, wie Anfahrt zur Messe!
