Great location for catching an early morning flight. Very clean and comfortable.

Restaurant selection was poor. Chose to eat in an airport resturant instead.

The pool and spa area was very nice. Well worth the price of the room. Extremely convenient for early flights. We stayed at a similar hotel in Frankfort and it was nearly three times the price.

Extremely convenient for morning flights from Dusseldorf. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed with down duvets and pillows. Coffee/tea making facilities.

A four star hotel should NOT have flimsy plastic cups for hot beverages. It sends out the message of being cheap. Why not have ceramic mugs like most hotels do.

Located directly at the Airport, It was ideal to catch my early flight. As well as it was very easy to get there.

The ultra modern style of the hotel, friendly staff, and reasonable price but especially the convenience to the Dusseldorf Airport and the train station both of which are connected directly to the hotel. Everything in the hotel screamed efficiency.

Unreasonable extra charge for the use of WiFi, which was free even in the smaller hotels we stayed in.

It was great to be able to walk our bags in a matter of minutes to the departure desk at the airport.

Location first, luxuriousness of the hotel itself and loved the eating establishments available. Wonderful food for good value.

The entire hotel is very well made and well kept up. Easily accessible from the airport. Cost and value for money excellent!

Staff are on the verge of being unfriendly and there is a large number of rather expensive surcharges.

Breakfast from 6 is too late for an airport hotel.

New hotel, very modern and well equiped. Inside the airport, thus walking distance to metro and train stations.

The staff is rude

The room was lovely and it was very quiet. and the hotel is quite spectacular. The bar people were great.

Some of the staff was quite rude, we asked for a water boiler three times, Mine never appeared, a member of your staff, a young man with very dark hair was very rude, we wanted to put our bags at the back of reception, and he was very off hand, when we checked in the lady who booked us in put me at the opposite side of the hotel away from my sister, who was in one room and my niece who was in another, when l went back down to complain l got the man with the dark hair, who looked down his nose and asked, was my room clean? what has that got to do with being on the opposite side of the hotel? He did move me, thank goodness, so while the hotel is lovely and some of your staff are helpful, you have two very rude staff

That you charge for Internet, even the cheapest hotel in small vilages in germany give you this service free of charge, people are there for business and the internet is an important toll for it, think about it seriously !!!

Hotel was very comfortable, really liked the beds and pillows when I got them! Location great for airport and only 10 mins on train to city centre. Variety of food at breakfast was amazing.

Food and drink in the restaurants very expensive especially as we were there over 4 days. We were there for the World Irish Dancing Comp and there were hundreds of children there but they made no attempt to offer any special rates for food. Most people ended up eating at the airport. Tried to get extra pillows for 3 days but none were available. No iron in room (4 star hotel), ironing room was available but was locked! Worst of all was having no tea/coffee facilities in room!

staff were appalling throughout, rude and very unhelpful. food took over an hour to arrive every time we ordered, and getting service at the bar was almost impossible unless you shouted or were rude, otherwise you would be ignored. will only go back if we have to.

That the airport was close and it had a super market most of staff was lovely rooms were big clean

Didn't like havi g to pay for Internet every day and tv think hotel was dear enough with out having to pay extra wine was very dear €6 glass wine u get bottle at air port €5
