Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

it did not feel like a hotel just a poss shopping mall there were nowhere to just sit and relax in a bar and the price we paid for a junior suite you would of thought they would of supplied coffee and tea making items |

The hotel facility service and comfort was excellent. Parking garage at the hotel but expensive. Near the public transportation (U bahn/bus). Taxi at the hotel. The city shopping center near the hotel. Also, the KD boats near the hotel on the Rhine River. Perfect place to stay. Noise level was high inside the hotel because of the outdoor restaurants under the glass dome of the hotel. But the hotel rooms did have sound proof windows facing the glass dome. |

The location is good, and the staff very helpful. Finding the route into the hotel`s own underground car-park is a bit tricky. (Once there, it`s much easier to unload / re-load your car than at any of the alternatives). The hotel is rather isolated in an area bounded by roads and the river ; however, it`s a spacious building with a large atrium, so once inside it`s comfortable, calm and attractive. |

location is good. service is great. price is good if you book with booking.com The receptionist even lent us 1 dollar for using the locker in the pool area, we appreciate the trust they offered us. The hotel is very considerate, after 22 o´clock they are trying to minimize the noise that can happen. And it´s pretty quiet. the pool area is a bit dirty. sands and stinky water on the floor. pool is small than expected, and the water is salty, which irritated my skin. sauna is good, but the door cannot be completely closed, well, it doesn´t matter much either. |

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet; verkehrsgünstig mit eigenem Parkhaus ( teuer, aber bequem) am Rande der Altstadt direkt am Rhein. Cafés und Restaurants im Hause. Bei der Buchung auf die Zimmerkategorie/ Lage achten. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist bestens. Bei der Buchung auf die Zimmerkategorie/ Lage achten. Und einige Bäder bräuchten eine Renovierung; sind aber sauber. |
