The hotel was clean. The hotel is neither one thing nor the other. Its too expensive to be budget but is certainly not luxury. It makes excessive charges for things like parking, breakfast, internet that could easily turn 150 euros into 200 euros per night. For that price, in a small town like Darmstadt, I expect very high quality but to be honest it was pretty ordinary. Of course its not unpleasant but the budget hotels in Darmstadt offer almost the same package for less than half the price. I stayed here this time because the price was slightly discounted and also I booked at short notice and other hotels were full. But it will remain last on my list of hotels in Darmstadt when making a booking. I would go back if, once again, it was all that was available.

Hotel rénové avec gout; confort des chambres Personnel désastreux au restaurant le midi, ne connaissant pas l'anglais, ne venant pas rapidement servir, ne connaissant pas les plats; le matin obligation de faire la queue environ un quart d'heure pour s'asseoir prendre le petit déjeuner même prépayé. J'ai préféré ne pas en prendre les deux derniers jours.

Мне понравилось практически все Мне не понравилось несоответствие обещанных в Интернете услуг, тому что было предложено. Бассейн оказался на капитальном ремонте. Мини бар, обещанный в Интернете для номера "Комфорт" как бесплатный, оказался платным. В номере не было привычных для подобных номеров автоматов для приготовления чая, кофе, тапочек, халатов.

Beliggenhed. Manglende WIFI Ingen ventilation på badeværelse. (Spejlene dugger kraftigt) Hotellet virker nedslidt. (Tapet skallede af på værelset) Utilstrækkelig betjening i restaurant. Maden under middel (Dinner).

朝食の品揃えが思っていたより多かったこと。駅至近で、空港、フランクフルト市内ともアクセスが短時間で簡- 単なこと。 外装（内装も？）工事中で、日中時間帯によってはかなりの騒音がした。時差調整中で日中睡眠を取りたいとき- には少々きつかった。

It is clean, reasonably comfortable, and as a rule generally efficient. Staff are generally friendly. I had a surprisingly nice meal in the restaurant. There is a pleasant small bar off the lobby which is open until after midnight. Exceptionally (because I've been there many times without problems), the wired internet in the room didn't work and reception said there were general problems so changing room wouldn't help, yet later I found that my colleague next door was working happily. I used the WiFi in the lobby well into the night. The room internet was still on my bill the next day - though was immediately taken off once I pointed out that it hadn't worked. For a large "Konferenz" hotel I would expect the internet connection to be serviced 24 hours a day.
