The Hotel was located close to the centre of town and the staff were helpful and welcoming. A great Hotel for a short visit to the City. I would use the Hotel again. The hotel could do with a refurb although it isn't in bad condition just a bit old fashioned. The Sauna wasn't turned on until 4pm. |

the staff were very kind and helpful always ready with a smile. Location was excellent just a short walk to shopping, food, train station and Christmas markets. was pretty stuffy sometimes and hot in the room even when tried to turn it down. |

The room was large and offered a separate seating area. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Check in was problematic, with staff that was not very helpful. The shower was not very comfortable, the separate hot and cold water taps did not allow a steady temperature setting of the water. |

Everything. This was one of the best hotels that I have ever experenced anywhere on the planet. The courteous behaviour of the staff really makes one feel at home. The cleanlines of the hotel, the room, the breakfast spread, the dinner ambience and selections - are all pixel perfect. On top of all this, there is the location to boast of - being just 5 minutes away from central station. As mentioned above, this hotel is too good to be true. Perfect. |

The location by the old city ensured that all the sites, and shopping, were within easy walking distance. On arrival the helpful staff directed me around the block to the underground parking, this had direct access to the hotel. during our 2 night stay all staff were equally friendly. Being near the Main Railway station would make this hotel good for those travelling without a car. |

We enjoyed a spacious, well appointed room with views over the old city.The hotel is quite stylish and obviously attracts both mature age tourists as well as business people.There are no doubt cheaper options in Nuremberg but I think the hotel gives value for money. |

The hotel is across the road from the Old Town. Free Internet access. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Breakfast was too expensive. The Terrace was full of weeds and not nice to look down on from our room. |

The hotel is a neat, fairly small city hotel of very recent design that represented good value, and was ideally located for the diamond district and the central station for Antwerp. Rooms were appealingly laid-out and staff were pleasant and helpful. This is an ideal hotel in particular for mid-budget travellers who are using the principal station to get in and out of Antwerpen. Nothing to dislike about the hotel. It is not ideally situated for people who wish to be located in the the Cathedral/Main square, so if that is important, bear that in mind. |

Expensive, but woth it. Could hear the loud noise from pedestrian traffic outside, but still a nice view of the train station. Great movie selections!! Awesome. Lower the price, Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. |
