Comfortable room. Excellent staff attitude and professionalism. Easy access to shops etc. Easy Hotel access to/from car park. There should be a few essential courtesy items in the room such as shampoo etc. Free apple and orange juice in the mini bar would be a nice touch such as one gets in other hotels. |

Breakfast was excellent! The bathroom was very small, the parking was 16 Euro for hotel guests and they do not have a kettle with Kaffe / tea in the room like in most business hotels. |

I liked the convienence to the city. I did not care for the idea that the food was so expensive and the choice was small. Also I think that something should be worked out with the city so that paying a regular rate for parking the car could be reduced or eliminated. |

Excellent receptionists, very helpfull, to that matter even porter tries to help. When I wasn't satisfied with the comfort room for genuin reason the hotel managment managed to change my room to a btter view one and upgraded the room free of charge, despite being fully booked. The Location is amazing with beautiful view if you are lucky to get a garden's facing room, or even the street facing room, or if you seek extreme silence then opt for the backyard facing rooms. The hotel is very close to all kinds of transport you may require, intracity or intercities by train. Quite atmosphere with clean decent rooms. When compared to other slightly cheeper hotels in Mannheim, a significant difference is noted, so don't think in saving few bucks if wanna have a comfortable stay. The ac was very poor, infact air coming through the windows is far much colder, hotel staff explained that as regulations, so as not to keep a cold temperature for Mannheim was never hot till three to four years back. I think internet should be included free of charge which wasn't the case. A special passage for the luggage should be made through the entry door, carrying the bags through the few steps to rech teh reception may prove painfull, specially when at night and the porter aint available or busy. |

There were various kinds of food for the hotel breakfast, which we were satisfied with. Also we had a light dinner at the bar, and it was so very tasty. Also the location was good. It was a walking distance from the main station, even though we were carrying a big suitcase. |

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, werden es auf alle Fälle, wenn wir wieder in Mannheim sind, buchen. Ausgesprochen nettes Servicepersonal. |

Bra läge. Hade man kunnat köpa badkläder hade det varit ännu bättre då det verkade finnas bra möjligheter till bad Internet kostar pengar. Dåligt när man är på affärsresa |

Het ontbijtbuffet Dat men bij aankomst zei niets te weten van twee kinderen terwijl ik daar over heb gemaild en diverse malen met het hotelpersoneel heb gebeld. De kids moesten vervolgens op ene slaapbank slapen die te klein is voor twee kinderen zodat we maar met stoelen in de weer zijn gegaan om ze nog enig comfort te bieden. Een extra bed plaatsen was volgens het personeel onmogelijk. Bovendien vonden we condooms tussen de slaapbank. Ook niet echt fris. |

Etwas alter Stil, aber sehr gepflegt und gut gehalten. Besonders höflicher Service, großes, gepflegtes Zimmer mit Mannheims schönster Aussicht auf den Rosengarten. |

Ideale ligging. Prachtig hotel voor iemand die van klasse houdt.Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij hadden een luxekamer geboekt maar in deze kamer werkte de airco niet ! Bij een buitentemperatuur van 30 graden is dat onaanvaardbaar ! |

Sauna war wirklich toll. Das Frühstück reichhaltig. Leider hätte ich mir vom Fitnessbereich mehr erhofft. Eine Kooperation mit einem Fitnessstudio, wie es bei den anderen Hotels üblich ist, wäre ein absoluter Mehrwert. |

die Lage und das Frühstück der für ein Komfortzimmer zu primitive Duschvorhang und die zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit (Zwangsklimatisierung bei höherer Außentemperatur) und eigentlich auch der Blick aus dem Fenster (wenig entfernte Häuserfront mit vielen Fenstern) und dass uns zuerst ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen wurde |

bei einem früheren Aufenthalt hat mir das Frühstücksbüffet gut gefallen. Wer die etwas altmodische Einrichtung mag ist gier ebenso richtig! 4 Sterne hat das Hotel nicht verdient, ein Standard Einzelzimmer hat ein Bett, das 1 m breit ist, für breitere Betten muss man ca. 20 € mehr bezahlen und die nächst höhere kategorie buchen. Das Zimmer war nicht Sauber, habe gleich zu Beginn Papierschnipsel vor dem Bett gefunden. Im Bad war der Föhn sehr alt und vergilbt und an einer Stelle war die Plastikabdeckung abgebrochen. Die Badewanne ist sehr klein und die Armaturen und der Duschvorhang sind verkalkt/ verschimmelt. Das alles für den noch günstigen Preis von 124 € die Nacht... |

Parkmöglichkeit Haare in der Badewanne, Raucherzimmer bekommen statt Nichtraucherzimmer, Beleuchtung von außen hat die ganze Nacht gestört, Rost im Badezimmer und am Ende wurde die Rechnung auf einen völlig anderen Namen gesetzt, obwohl die Rezeptionistin meine Kreditkarte in der Hand hatte, richtig verpeilt und unprofessionel! |
