It was great that we were staying during the recent Fed Cup draw and prior to the start of the Stuttgart Open. The tennis buzz made the hotel a fun place to be. Out of our three week European holiday this was the only hotel that did not include breakfast as part of the package.

Spa facilities, pool Costs like internet are with 15 Euro out of range and should be included in overall price, .same for Parking costs, hotel is not informing proberly about such hidden costs, staff was extremly impolite and could not make decision. Not recommended to travel with kids.

The rooms are very large, and extremely comfortable; great for a long- term stay. Gym is open 24/7. The Piano Bar has great ambiance. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Nice lobby, great staff. We had two rooms -- one for a couple and one for a family -- and they did a great job accommodating the family with a baby bed and extra bed for the children. Our room was a bit funny -- two single beds pushed together instead of one larger bed. Bathtub was a bit small.

The hotel is located next to a cemetery. The view from your windows will be tombstones. There is an underground passage between buildings. Be sure to think of the nearby graves as you walk through.

Really spacious rooms, the hotel is really big and has a lot of additional facilities. The service was on proper level, so was the standard. Eventhough the standard was quite high, I still would consider the hotel as overpriced. Also didn't like the smell in the room.

The design of the inside was very nice - and my room was lovely - The Hotel looks very good and the combinations of the colours and the paintings and nice metal around it is very nice I like the way how it looks and the rooms and the brekfast.

Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffett, angenehmes gediegenes Ambiente Sehr hellhörige Zimmer zum Flur. Der kleine Röhrenfernseher ist deutlich zu klein und technisch lange nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen.

The reservation desk had upgraded 2 of my 3 double rooms to very spacious Suit room with 2 double rooms and large living& dining room At No Extra Cost to me. The hotel done so simply because they had committed to my requirement of connecting rooms at booking time , and since this requirement was not available at checking time , they had kept their word and honored their commitment with me. They truely showed high level of responsibility and commitment to the visiting guests at peak session ( others will not ). Also, upon my sudden request of Wheelchair at checking time, the Hotel administrator arranged one wheelchair from near by local Hospital( being not available normally at the hotel) , and the same was at No cost to me as well. This is truly customer Satisfaction at it's best. I really liked the hotel a lot and will strongly recommend it to others with out a doubts . Air-conditioning system of my bedroom was hotter than other rooms . Because of the same , the hotel provided me with portable Fan.

Beds were really good. Bartenders in piano bar were friendly. hotel stuff were best :D. No martini in mini bar :(. Long corridor to the elevator. slow internet speed although i bought highest speed. breakfast was expensive according to that.
