breakfast is quite expensive. I am not able to eat for 17 € in the morning.

Location is great!. Breakfast buffet and Lunch buffet are quite OK. All is up to high standards.

Door locks system is too noisy, specially at night you hear everysingle open/close action in your corridor and even in other floors.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel but when we were there, everything was fine. No real complaints.

Parking 13€ for one day. No free Wifi.

Lovely friendly Hotel. The rooms are well furnished and a good size. I had a river view room and the view was lovely. Key card needed to operate the lift and it would only take you to the floor where your room was, so added security.

I like the location on Danube river and walking distance to city center and clealiness.

I didn't like the old furniture specially the TV set is very old. The time is due for remodeling the rooms and the reception area. Also I suggest to give free internet access to the guest since there's no free English channels available on free tv, aside from CNN.

Absolutely didn't like the key system. Had a friend on a different floor and couldn't access her room, not even by staircase! Taking security a lot too far!!

The view of Ulm and the Münster from the hotel was spectacular. The Martini cocktails in the bar were excellent. The rooms were adequately spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room price was reasonable.

The television in the room was small and antiquated. I thought that the extra cost of parking in the garage should have included in the room price.

Mood at the people at desk, not very friendly ! Bar is only smoking area ! as soon as you penetrate in the lobby you can smell it, very surprising in 2013 and in Germany! Impossible to get dinner for 2 people. Top floor restaurant was full with a group when normally other hotels put groups in special rooms (that they have in that case at first floor at least), so were obliged to go outside by foot with rain and wind ! Ths style, equipement of this hotel is out of age for a 4stars, everything is old, rooms, washrooms, tv ! looks like an old american style hotel.

Fairly good location, about 15min to the main square. Staff was friendly. Very good breakfast (but expensive). Nice sauna area with swimming pool. First time for me in this chain and it seem to be marketed for retired people, which I realised also at site :)

Nothing wrong in the hotel itself, but bit too much additional costs, Internet + 15EUR, breakfast +17EUR, parking + 13EUR. The fitness area was a big dissappointment, basically just bike and walking machine.

I liked the location of the hotel its in the city center, and the free biecycle rent. The staff were very frinedly Check in-out timing was to short. The size of the room was excellent as well

The price per room is quite expensive comparing to other hotel, wifi is not free. Also the parking fee is too expensive at least they Should reduce the price for the guests who are staying in the hotel.

I did not like the poor reception, although I booked digitally I had to fill in all the data again. the rooms were too warm, and could not be cooled. The wifi hotspot did not function properly In the bar everybody was smoking, it stank, even in the reception hall and the elevators one could smell cigarette and cigar smoke. I had a non-smoking room, but this was not indicated on the room, and from the smell in the room it was clear that the room was also used by smoking travellers.

Professional - you get what you expect or more.

Room opening system uses magnetic cards as usual but with an additional automatic buzzer. This has probably no other function than to disturb people in other rooms on the whole floor. Should be switched off.

This is what a good hotel should be! Excellent!

The bar never opened until 6.00pm and shut at 2.00am even though guests wanted to carry on drinking!

Very confortable for a long stay. Hotel staff are very helpful. The open buffet breakfast is very good and the view from the restaurant is great.

The panorama restaurant needs to be renovated. The view is fantastic, the food and the service are superb but the decoration is out of date
