Breakfast was good. People were friendly. 5 min walk to city center.

Car parking was extra. Old furniture.

Excellant hotel in a superb location we stayed here for football match Schalke. Perfect 3 min walk to tram 5 stops to stadium!

Very Nice Environment besides a lake. Very comfortable for self travelling as the parking lot is not that expensive. Close to downtown where you can find shops and restaurant. If you are having exhibition in Dusseldorf, self-driving is just within 30 minutes drive. The breakfast was good also.

Seems the air condition is central control. There is charge for the internet in your room. But it is free to go downstairs to use their computer with free internet.

No facilities to find something to eat or drink late at night after a very late meeting in the hotel. Nothing close by either. Terrible smell of sewerage on the 14th floor on the last day of my stay.

Very helpfull and friendly staff, good facilities including a large swimming pool in the basement. The roomm was clean and comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

Slight smell of drains coming from the bathroom. The smell was reduced when the bath plug was put in.

-Parkeerplaats is voor 9 euro niet eens sneeuwvrij, je hebt sneeuwschoenen nodig om door de sneeuw te lopen. De strooiploeg is vooral bezig met praten en vergeet te strooien!

Sauna inbegrepen. Klein maar fijn, + zwembad. Schoon. Personeel weet er echter weinig van. Zo konden ze me niet vertellen of zwemkleding verplicht was of juist niet. En of er handdoeken waren.

Veel omgevingsgeluid van weg en stad in de kamer. parkeren kost 8,=. Wifi 4,50 per uur ! Toch wel zwaar gedateerd voor zo 'n hotel vind ik.
