Everythig especialy location was perfect.

Expensive breakfast but close to the hotel I found a lot of cafe and pleaces for breakfast and they were much cheapier.

Quite respectable sometimes even honourly

Very very good breakfast and excellent location. Price was absolutely reasonable making this hotel ideal for value for money.

No major complaints.

Primarily its location and also that it supports the arts and artists.

The internet connection: the only possibility to use wireless connection is hotspot.de which was not so obvious for the first sight how to use, some of the options simply did not work paying for this service. I would suggest to the hotel to take into account to implement other options for internet access.

Super hotel at a great location.

For such a hotel it is very strange that the Internet is not for free. For a stay of 3 nights you have to pay 45 euro. Not normal those days in a business hotel. Shame

Friendly reception staff, good quality breakfast. Good location.

Room decor, and bathrooms were not to the level expected in respect to the cost per night. More channels on the tv to cater for the international traveller.

Its location where undergroud & train stations are very close. The staff knows English.

The breakfast is too expensive.

I liked the location, since I was in town for a conference at Humboldt University and the hotel is a few blocks away. I also liked that there was an option for paying a lower price without the breakfast buffet and some of the amenities, since I didn't need those. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had to stay an extra day due to the hurricane in the United States, and the staff was helpful in arranging an extra day.

The room was a bit warm at times during the stay and the air conditioner wasn't great. But, overall, I really liked the hotel.

Excellent location - Unter den Linden is 3 mins walk away. The Brandenberg Gate and Bundestag are less than 10 mins walk away too. Very handy for public transport - Freidrichstrasse Train & Metro stations are 3 mins walk away. Spacious and relaxing lobby, very helpful staff, rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Good cocktail bar

The TVs are a bit old and they could do with having a better selection of non german language channels. Nothing to do with the hotel: If you are coming into Berlin from Shoenfeld Airport by train be warned they can be a little delayed or late - allow an extra 15mins to and from Airport.

The location is plain perfect

No wifi in the hotel, thats ridiculous.

The room upgrade was priced very reasonably. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was particularly nice with a full shower that had more than adequate water pressure. The pool was clean and easy to access. The hotel location is great with plenty of site seeing and shopping nearby.

The pillows were a little flat and the air conditioning was extremely weak. While the bed was very comfortable, it was too warm to use the comforter and there was no top sheet on the bed.

Location is excellent

Breakfast was not included in room price, no one told me, it wasnt cheap either

Really good location parking easy which isn't always the case in a city food pricy - didn't eat in lots of good cheap venues wihtin 5-10minutes walking distance leisure facilities a treat - sauna steam room gym n pool lovely n clean very honest staff son left new watch in pool toilets and was returned by housekeeping very impressed as we were not even sure he had left it there!

Only improvement - though same for all the german hotels is no tea/coffee facilities
