Super hotel at a great location. For such a hotel it is very strange that the Internet is not for free. For a stay of 3 nights you have to pay 45 euro. Not normal those days in a business hotel. Shame

Concierge Roberto was lazy. I asked him to assist me with booking a tour of the Reichstag. He said "No" and told me I could go to the business center and do it myself online at my own expense. Funny, I thought concierges were supposed to be helfpul.

A very good experience in the heart of former East Berlin. A very good spa for relax after a day of work. Very close to shops and to restaurants. I would go again with no hesitation.

Good location near Berlin Mitte. One problem : the hotel tried to make a colleague pay twice : according to the price conditions, immediately upon booking on booking.com the amount for the room was already taken from the credit card; but afterwards the hotel pretended the colleague didn't show up and tried to get a second payment for 'no-show'. This discussion spoiled the satisfaction of all of us about the hotel.

Friendly reception staff, good quality breakfast. Good location. Room decor, and bathrooms were not to the level expected in respect to the cost per night. More channels on the tv to cater for the international traveller.

This is a marvellous hotel and we can't wait to return. Everything about it is just sensational. The staff could not be more helpful and the Concierge is a dream. The decor of the hotel is fantastic and it is really a fantastic hotel for the wonderful city of Berlin. It is covered in wonderful art. It is right in the middle of this exciting city.

I liked the location, since I was in town for a conference at Humboldt University and the hotel is a few blocks away. I also liked that there was an option for paying a lower price without the breakfast buffet and some of the amenities, since I didn't need those. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had to stay an extra day due to the hurricane in the United States, and the staff was helpful in arranging an extra day. The room was a bit warm at times during the stay and the air conditioner wasn't great. But, overall, I really liked the hotel.

Location is excellent and made it easy to access from airport and also to get around to sites. Pool was great to wind down in after a busy day of sight seeing but prepare for cool temperature. Comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay. Quiet at night, no traffic or people noise despite being in the city centre. Limited TV viewing for english speakers - only one channel of repetitive news.

Excellent location - Unter den Linden is 3 mins walk away. The Brandenberg Gate and Bundestag are less than 10 mins walk away too. Very handy for public transport - Freidrichstrasse Train & Metro stations are 3 mins walk away. Spacious and relaxing lobby, very helpful staff, rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Good cocktail bar The TVs are a bit old and they could do with having a better selection of non german language channels. Nothing to do with the hotel: If you are coming into Berlin from Shoenfeld Airport by train be warned they can be a little delayed or late - allow an extra 15mins to and from Airport.

Loved the location; The staff was excellent, helpful, English speaking, friendly. Room and bed comfortable with enough space to move around. Bathroom slightly too small. Pillows too small and soft, no elevation.

- Perfect location, in the city center, 2 min walking to the tram station - From Tegel airport you take the TXL bus and 1 tram station from Hauptbahnhof (it all takes around 30min. depending on the traffic) - swimming-pool with jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath for free - there are cafes and restaurants around to take breakfast and lunch/dinner (some minutes walking through Friedrichstrasse for example) - the bar is very welcoming and always have people at night - the room in the hotel lobby has a piano - Breakfast is too expensive, but there are nice and non-expensive cafés around

The room upgrade was priced very reasonably. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was particularly nice with a full shower that had more than adequate water pressure. The pool was clean and easy to access. The hotel location is great with plenty of site seeing and shopping nearby. The pillows were a little flat and the air conditioning was extremely weak. While the bed was very comfortable, it was too warm to use the comforter and there was no top sheet on the bed.
