Very good location, you can visit most important sites/museums by foot from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The service in the breakfast room has not been 100%. A polite request to replenish the milk (was empty) close to the muesli stand was neglected or took very long time. And this two days in a row. Most other people in hotel were very friendly en helpful. |

Location was perfect to get around the city Nice clean room Easy check in, no queues Friendly staff We asked for a double and got twins which were a bit small and also a bit soft |

Allmost everything :-) Some off the staffmembers in the reception were a bit arrogant and the wall-art-paintings were awfull! |

The location was great, near to the stationa nd walking distance to the main museaums. Its over priced for what you get. There is much better value available in Berlin. The gym is tiny (3 machines). |

excellent hotel. Exceptionally quiet - a feature of good room design and general layout. A big plus in my opinion. Great front of house staff - very friendly and helpful to a first time visitor - and room service excellent. VERY well located fo the sights of central Berlin, Rooms very comfortable. lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room |
