The Maritim proArte is Berlin's first bio-certified (organic-certified) hotel. All dishes prepared at the hotel are made with the freshest organic ingredients.

A comprehensive breakfast buffet is available each morning in the Galerie restaurant, from 06:30 until 11:00. On Sundays, a late-riser breakfast is available until 12:00.

During the evenings, the Atelier restaurant serves delicious regional and international specialities. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday, from 17:30 until 00:00. On Saturdays, it remains open until 01:00. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The Media bistro serves a selection of snacks, sandwiches and drinks. The bistro is open daily from 12:00 until 22:00.

The Checkpoint bar offers exotic cocktails, refreshing beers, fine wines and live music.
