It is always very pleasant to stay at the Maritim Hotel in Hamburg, the breakfast room is just so comfortable and "gemuetlich", never change it at all I think. |

The whole staff was kindly, helpfull and professional. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. (did not affect our stay, but when we used the stairs on 2nd and 3rd floor, the carpet needed to be changed. But it looks as if the process is on going. We lived on 4th floor and is was better) |

The convenience of being in central Hamburg near to the Central Station was important for me and the hotel was well placed for my needs. It was also quiet inside enabling a good nights sleep. This hotel is dated and has a faded air about it, the corridors have a shabby appearance. |

We liked the Hotel very much.Located close to everything.The pool was haven after a long day of sightseeing. Sorry no ala card breakfast,only buffett for 17.00Euro,TO MUCH,IF YOU ONLY EAT ONE ROLL AND COFFEE.mOST HOTELS HAVE BREAKFAST INCLUDED |

Certain staff were very helpful 10/10. Others were merely polite 7/10. The concierge held my luggage after checkout before departure. No soap in the shower. No bars of soap, only liquid. Wired internet connection was additional 10 percent cost!! Other German hotels in which I have stayed have had a double bed for a single traveller. This hotel had a single bed and little space. People at the train station knew (approximately) where the "Reichshof" was located, but the name "Maritim hotel" drew blank stares and no response. |

Nice staff, and good location just opposite the central station. The hotel needs a renovation. The first room we got did have a bad smell, and mold stains on the wall. The friendly staff apologized and said that they would like to upgrade us, but almost all rooms were booked, so we got another room in the same class. |

Calefacción malisima. Sin suministro de agua caliente en varias ocasiones. No se puede hablar de spa, solo es una sauna, un baño de vapor y una piscina, sin zona de descanso y relax. No hay ningún servicio de masajes o tratamientos corporales |
