We liked the Hotel very much.Located close to everything.The pool was haven after a long day of sightseeing. Sorry no ala card breakfast,only buffett for 17.00Euro,TO MUCH,IF YOU ONLY EAT ONE ROLL AND COFFEE.mOST HOTELS HAVE BREAKFAST INCLUDED |

Certain staff were very helpful 10/10. Others were merely polite 7/10. The concierge held my luggage after checkout before departure. No soap in the shower. No bars of soap, only liquid. Wired internet connection was additional 10 percent cost!! Other German hotels in which I have stayed have had a double bed for a single traveller. This hotel had a single bed and little space. People at the train station knew (approximately) where the "Reichshof" was located, but the name "Maritim hotel" drew blank stares and no response. |

Nice staff, and good location just opposite the central station. The hotel needs a renovation. The first room we got did have a bad smell, and mold stains on the wall. The friendly staff apologized and said that they would like to upgrade us, but almost all rooms were booked, so we got another room in the same class. |

Staff very helpful which was important as it was my first visit to Hamburg. Hotel very comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient. Hotel was very satisfactory in all respects |

Easy to reach as took bus from Airport to Central Station and it is about 50 metres from there. Good big room. A bit old fashioned and worn now. |

The location is excellant, opposite main station. The hotel is very grand, a beautiful place indeed and the breakfast was excellant. The room was also very quiet. A perfect place to stay. |

The location for somebody arriving/leaving by train, as we did. The swimming pool is very good! Both St. Georg and centre of town easy within reach. We prefer breakfast included in room price. Did not use breakfast in the hotel because Eur 16 p.p. we found rather expensive. No amenities (shampoo, bath lotion etc.) in the bathroom. |
