The staff was extremely helpful. A late checkout and an early check in, we couldn't have been anymore satisfied!
Good location for the messe. Helpful staff Good security measures
Service in the reception café area slow at times Expensive
Hotel is very well situated near messe and also near downtown
no body lotion was provided in the room. I stayed in superior room on sixth floor. lounge had very less choice of drinks and eatables.
we stayed at the Frankfurt Maritim for the Heimtextil Fair. the location was great and the general level of service very good. However, what really left an impression is how good the Concierge was! I cannot remember the name right now but he was an older gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable about the city and a pleasure to deal with!!
A lovely modern hotel with great views of the city. Very friendly staff. Good swimming pool and sauna area. And a lively bar in the evening with a live singer.
Very comfortable room.
No toiletries, bathroom slippers, complimentary water available in the room.
Comfortable bed, great view, close to the mall
Central location. Good size rooms. All depends on the rate you pay
Expensive to park if you use hotel parking. TV in rooms needs updating
Great location, centrally located.
Bed was very uncomfortable and room was dirty. I had left over food in the cabinets and I had to call the front desk twice to get them to come clean it up. This is unacceptable at a hotel of this cost.
Hotel is ok, but in dire need of some refurbishments
I was here for the Marathon - and the Maritim is 10m from my starting block - it can't get more convenient than that, both before and after the race. Good restaurants, excellent breakfast buffet.
Free Wifi - couldn't pick it up on the 5th floor or on the ground floor - very strange. I had to go over to the Mariott to do a couple of web conferences for work. Breakfast is very expensive at EUR28 !
There was no shower.
Excellent location for Frankfurt Messe. Comfortable rooms, except for the heat. Nice continental breakfast available in the lobby - no need to pay three times as much for the full breakfast service.
Smoking allowed in the bar - when you become used to smoke-free bars, having people smoking all around is off-putting, and we didn't stay long. The rooms and the hotel in general are far too warm.
Perfect location if you attend à trade fair Very pleasant attention from a well trained staff Good food from breakfast to dinner
Good hotel close to the show
Room could do with items like the iron
cost of the breakfast
Location for the Messa
Bar extremely expensive
The helpful attitude of the staff, the location of the hotel, and the size and comfort of the rooms. In particular, Toni Arena and his team in the bar were fantastic hosts and made us very welcome. We will definitely be staying again.
The WiFi and LAN were not always available or easy to connect to.
The room and the facilities.
Breakfast fi is to early finished.we came 5 minutes later and we had to go to another restaurant to have finally our breakfast. That was enoying.
location (very close to the fairgrounds) swimming pool available spacious rooms checkin clerk very distinguised and mannered 50% of the staff good
promising lobby but once you leave the elevator it's clear no one is investing anymore in the building : old worn out tapestry on the floor, general feeling of a old (not old-chique) hotel deteriorating) bathroom is very old fashioned and takes the room down not very distinguished staff (50%) (informal, too little guest centric, cutting you off while walking in the lobby. Basically too much focussed on finishing the job at hand instead of safeguarding the customer experience...) poor upkeep (television remote hardly working anymore, bicycle rent but no lights or eventually drained batteries
Location next to a huge shopping centre with fantastic rooftop cafe/ bar. Hotel bar (Lifestyle) was excellent, service brilliant and beer and food very tasty! Everywhere accesible through easy to follow public transport system. One ticket for 4.35e gave you the freedom of Frankfurt.
Asked for a double room and was given a twin. Hotel's response was to push both beds together. Eventually they gave us a different room with
Very good beds, ideal location for the trade fair
Sometimes it smelled of cigarrette smoke out of the air conditioning; staff entered too quickly after knocking into the rooms for cleaning.
staff, facilities, room, comfort. everything was great It was quiet!
more and cheaper breakfast options
Breakfast is very expensive
The bar downstairs, the 8th floor pool -- which in addition to the view was at the perfect temperature --, decent minibar, comfy beds, very nice staff.
