日本人の宿泊も多いと思いますが、フロントの方に、日本人であることがわかる方がおられれば、胸に言葉がわ- かる国旗のマークを貼っていてもらえれば助かります。喫茶コーナーの方のようにしていただければよいと思い- ます。 チェックアウトの際、荷物が多いため、台車を探したのですが、大型しかなく、小型の台車があればよいと思い- ました。また、荷物を送る為の箱や（段ボール）ホテルから、荷物を送ってもらうシステムがあれば助かります- 。 |

日本人にとって、朝食で、日本食が食べられるというのは、食生活ならびに健康管理において、非常に、有効で- あると考えられます。また、日本人にとって、バスタブが完備されているのは、かなり強みになります。来るま- では、バスタブ、エアコン、無線（有線先）ＬＡＮの使用が確証できなかったのでもっと、強調してほしい。 無線（有線）ＬＡＮが有償という点が気になります。ほかのホテルでは、無償でやっているところもありました- 。無償と行かないまでも、もっと安価で利用できるようにお願いしたい。 |

housekeeperがきちんと部屋の掃除をしてくれなかった。苦情を言ってもドイツ語しか通じず、かな- り困った。消したはずの電気がつけてあるだけで、全くシーツを代えていなかったり、汚れているタオルがかけ- なおしてあるだけで新しいものになっていなかったり。。。高級ホテルなのだから、その辺はもっときちんとし- てほしい。あと、かなり部屋数が多いので、フロントに何か頼んでも、担当者が部屋に来るまでにかなり時間が- かかる。その辺は想定外だった。 |

Location is perfect for business at the Messe. Business travelers want an early, simple breakfast. The cafe did not open until 9:00 AM, and only the main restaurant served a buffet breakfast at 26 Euros. That is $39 at today's rates! So for me it was all or nothing. I like a firm bed, but I have to say that the bed was like sleeping on a table. Second night there I used the extra blanket as an additional bed pad, which helped a bit. |

The room was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Food in the lounge was good. We selected this hotel because of our wonderful experience with the Maritim Hotel in Stuttgart. There were no nearby restaurant options within walking distance. |

Location, ease of parking, although it was expensive if you stayed for along period Breakfast....27 euros for a coffee and bowl of cornflakes ??? i would recomend the hotel........but not the light breakfast |

This is the hotel I like the most, as the hotel has what I need ,like best location, Japanese newspaper, Japanese cuisine, Sauna, swimming pool. So whenever I visit Frankfult, I always stay at this hotel. In general, nothing I do not like, but during the messe period, the fare will be extremely high, so suggest you will stay, avoiding the messe period. |

The proximity to the fairgrounds, the city and the cleanliness and neatness with excellent housekeeping staff. Rooms are quite good sized with plenty of room to move around with luggage. Good amenities in the clean bathroom. The pillows can be a bit firmer. I sprained my neck with the ULTRA SOFT pillows. Otherwise FIVE STARS all the way. The system of swiping the credit card for use of the safe is cumbersome and not practical. |

1-Very near to the fair entrance. 2-Quite hotel even full at my stay. 3- Reasonable package offering. 4- Arabic channel availability on TV. 5- Pleasant staff all over the hotel and very assistant.6- Rooms are vey clean and well arranged. The imternet connection is not for free and very expensive.Also I discover that there is not enough TV chain to transmit soccer gaim of the Champions League and I miss the qualification matches.Take care for the telephone rate as also very high! |
