Convenient to train station. Modern, clean. Overpriced. Internet and breakfast not included. Best for business travelers. Immediate neighborhood is somewhat seedy. Staff could be more welcoming and engaging.

Only 100m from the main station so very easy access to anywhere in city. Very quiet (off main street). Swimming pool, sauna, steam room all excellent (when working!) Breakfast would cost €23 each yet you can get coffee & fresh pastries etc in the train station for about €6 - ridiculous price for breakfast. Also, the steam room & sauna were working on the Sunday but closed on Monday & Tuesday - why as they & the pool were the main reason I chose this hotel?

Location near station, swimming pool, breakfast Decor old fashioned, in a bit of a sleazy area, rigid rules (having to pay an extra amount to change a booking)' not that co-operative staff

It was obvious it had just had been updated and everything was in good condition. Very comfortable. Large bathroom which is rare in Europe. No free wi-fi and unfortunately the location is a bit sketchy. Its such a nice hotel in an area that is probably not great to have kids around.

I stayed here only one night as I had to break a long train journey overnight in Munich. The Hotel is so close to the main station so very convenient, and, in my opinion, the best of all the Station Hotels in this city. Because it is set back on a courtyard the rooms are all very quiet and extremely clean.

I did not like having to pay T-Mobile for WiFi. Most hotels now offer this as a complimentary service. It also makes the connection more time-consuming

Swimming pool, big rooms, piano bar with great selection of whiskies, choice of bar food or proper restaurant. Paying for internet, albeit only 5 euros a day, breakfast was excellent but very pricey at 23 euros per person, not sure it's worth it (as just round the corner there are cafes and supermarkets) unless the company is paying for it!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms (5th floor) were bright & cheery. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Outside front door was quite dirty with cigarette butts and other litter coming in off main street. Piano Bar is a missed opportunity and could be potentially a good revenue stream for the hotel. Decor is very dated. Lighting is all wrong. Taste of music was questionable. Decor of 6th Floor (our friend's room) was tired and a coat of paint in the bedrooms was required.

Location is next to Hauptbahnhof, but rooms quiet facing yard. Fifth floor rooms are recently renovated with fantastic bathrooms. Can recommend to anybody. Very good breakfast! Panorama pool is nice, but showers etc needs to be updated.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. It was great to be able to swim and use the sauna, and the room I stayed in was very quiet and clean. Also the location is good, being so close to the station and public transportation. The blanket was actually smaller than the size of the bed, so it was difficult to stay covered during the night. Also the food was very expensive, particularly the breakfast priced at 22€, which I found outrageous and it is unpleasant to have to go out to find coffee when you've just awakened. There is no coffee or tea offered in the room.

It was close to the Main Train Station and not a far walk to the old city. The Internet connection was a rip off and it was slow. 8 Euros for one hour and you should have been able to get on and off and still save your time. It didn't work that way and we found that it only lasted about 40 minutes. You could purchase high speed internet for 27 Euros a day. The breakfast was expensive, 22 Euros, and there wasn't enough seating. They wouldn't even give you your own coffee pot. The carpeting in one of our roons war badly worn and dirty. They missed on simple things like shampoo and hand lotion. If you needed ice you had to go to the bar and wait 5 minutes while someone went to get it and then of course tip them. Car parking was 30 Euros a day even though Bookings Dot Com stated it would be 25 .
