l'espace Spa et Wellness. Sauna et piscine très propre et agréable. Chambres vieillotes. Mobilier et papiers peints âgés de 30 ans.(l'hôtel attend une renovation des chambres; à quand?) Lits trop mous!! le centre de Munich(vieille ville est trop loin. Atmosphère de "gare" du quartier |

La gentillesse du personnel à la réception, et du garçon qui a porté nos valises le jour de notre arr. qui nous a très gentiment trouvé un excellent chauffeur pour la journée du lendemain et qui nous a aussi trouvé une pièce pour le gps toujours avec le sourire, veuillez voir qui c'était et le félicité pour sa compétence et sa gentillesse c'est rare, nous sommes arr à l'hôtel 25/7 vers 19H30 merci |

The Hotel location is very convenient for exploration of the city with the main train station only a few minutes away. The accomodation itself is comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities available in the hotel. The breakfast is perhaps a little over priced at 22 euro per day. |

the fact that the room was not noisy even though this is a city hotel . the room was facing the inside of a courtyard and that made it very quiet.. i did not like the fact that except for soap there are no other items such as body lotion available in the bathrooms. i feel that the mini bar prices are ridiculous. |

the staff @ the reception desk - young English speakers willing to help - the internet: did not work at all. hotel's hompage would not open and there was no other way to have internet in your room. despite talking to the reception desk, nothing could be done; finnish sauna was always out of order; after purchasing in room movie, it turned off after 20 minutes - had to buy it again in order to watch; the area: bear in mind that the hotel is close to central station |

Outstanding breakfast with a great staff in breakfast room. Location within a block from train station. Neighborhood not very good. Fort the price free wifi would have been nice. |

First of all I did not like the price...the next day I went to Milano to a 4 star Hotel for 10 Euro less and super service..I had a problem with my Internetconnection and the Hotel Maritim did not react right. They sent me help 15 minutes before check out..great..super..and no comment from them at the check out..nor any comment to a better price,because I could not use the full pid price..buuuuuuu |

Cleanliness, rich breakfast, swimming pool, proximity to city center, quiet room Sauna: you must be naked to use it. It is a mixed naked sauna so me and a British guy got kicked out by a German sauna user. |

Location, location, location. Room was always spotless on my return, very well cleaned. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. There's also wireless internet available through T-Mobile hotspots. Pillow was too soft. |

large room - good location - nice breakfast with wide variaety. One or two of reception staff were a bit rude (though there were nice others), the hotel is very crowded especially in breakfast and there is usually no place to sit, pillows were very soft, no enough bathroom facilities (no shower cap or cotton swabs) , the staff do not provide you with good information about city tours (though there were borchures). |

Spacious rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. During the 3 days of my stay, beds sheets were never changed. Internet connection is rather expensive. |

The service at the front desk and in the restaurant and brakfast room was uniformly friendly and effective. The pillows are terrible; you cannot have a first calls hotel with one uncomfortable pillow per bed. For this reason I canot recommend the hotel. |
