het bar en restaurant personeel waren uitermate hulpvaardig.de ligging voor zakelijk gebruik is uitstekend, centrum van Munchen. the douche/bad water was slecht. temperatuur en druk waren slecht! |

The Hotel location is very convenient for exploration of the city with the main train station only a few minutes away. The accomodation itself is comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities available in the hotel. The breakfast is perhaps a little over priced at 22 euro per day. |

Central and easy to reach. Good leisure facility Poor supervision of sauna, pool and solarium. no-one to ask if things wrong/broken |

the fact that the room was not noisy even though this is a city hotel . the room was facing the inside of a courtyard and that made it very quiet.. i did not like the fact that except for soap there are no other items such as body lotion available in the bathrooms. i feel that the mini bar prices are ridiculous. |

the staff @ the reception desk - young English speakers willing to help - the internet: did not work at all. hotel's hompage would not open and there was no other way to have internet in your room. despite talking to the reception desk, nothing could be done; finnish sauna was always out of order; after purchasing in room movie, it turned off after 20 minutes - had to buy it again in order to watch; the area: bear in mind that the hotel is close to central station |

Anyway,this hotel is close to the central station, it's quite convenient. Breakfast fee seems to be expensive. |

quite and friendly and helpful staff it is abit old which is fine for 4 stars hotel unlike maritim at frankfurt which is 5 stars |

One of the staff, Michaela, was incredibly helpful, and made my stay comfortable and relaxed. The smiles were welcomed. |
