Easy access to tram system and train station--good value overall. Easy on street parking was nice. Cool area of Neustadt nearby with numerous restaurants. Breakfast was not worth 12 euro. |

Close to the Inner Newtown (Innere Neustadt) with a lot of eating choices located about 10 minutes walk away. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Parking is easy outside the hotel in a quiet side road. A good value-for-money hotel. Not so much a dislike, but as at April 2009, they are in the middle of a big cosmetic refurbishment of the ground floor, so necessary to navigate through hordes of plasterers/tilers/electricians etc. It should look very tidy when the refurb is finished. |

Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Buffet breakfasts were the best of all our different stays in Germany, Salzburg and Prague. Bathrooms were so clean and modern. Bed comforters were great! Be nice if there were a lift for us old folks! |

Good value. Wasn"t exactly the Taj Mahal, but for the price, why would you waste your money at the Chain Hotels I would stay there again, except you have to pay for the WLAN. |

It's a newly renovated hotel in an older building, right on one tram route and with easy access to many more. The room was quite large, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel gave a discount for our next stay anywhere in the chain. The price was excellent - only 56 Euros a night for two people including breakfast. It's easy to get to the Altstadt, but you do need to either take a tram or walk for about 30 minutes. |

The room was small and had too much flat pack furniture in it, nowheere to put a suitcase. The hotel really needs refurbushing, but at this price it would be OK for one night. |

Good internet connection - however had to pay. Room clean and pleasant. Staff friendly. price of internet, had to pay for time and it was from time of first log in eg if bought 3 hours, it started ticking from 1st log in - so had to buy 3 days at a cost of €25 even though I only needed a few hours a day. |

Gut fand ich die großen Zimmer und das alles wirklich sauber war. Es gibt keine eigenen Stellplätze für die Pkw´s. Zudem ist das Frühstück für 12€ traurig, sowohl an Auswahl als auch von der Qualität. |
