Disponibilità dello staff, camera spaziosa con aria condizionata, parcheggio pubblico gratuito, fermata del tram davanti all'hotel. Colazione sufficiente. Non ci sono ristoranti o negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, ma i mezzi pubblici funzionano anche di notte. Mancanza di frigo-bar nella camera. Il pc per la connessione a internet nella hall (obbligatorio pagare 1 ora anche se serve molto meno) è rivolto con le spalle a chi entra, con totale assenza di privacy. |

Nice, clean hotel located near the center of the city (about 20 minutes walking to the old part and 10 minutes to Neustadt with lots of bars and restaurants). Free parking on the side street was very convenient. Breakfast served till 11.00 was also very good. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was near public transportation, making it easy to travel into the city. The neighborhood was little run down and not very attractive. No guarantee of available street parking close to the hotel. |

Easy access to tram system and train station--good value overall. Easy on street parking was nice. Cool area of Neustadt nearby with numerous restaurants. Breakfast was not worth 12 euro. |

Close to the Inner Newtown (Innere Neustadt) with a lot of eating choices located about 10 minutes walk away. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Parking is easy outside the hotel in a quiet side road. A good value-for-money hotel. Not so much a dislike, but as at April 2009, they are in the middle of a big cosmetic refurbishment of the ground floor, so necessary to navigate through hordes of plasterers/tilers/electricians etc. It should look very tidy when the refurb is finished. |

Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Buffet breakfasts were the best of all our different stays in Germany, Salzburg and Prague. Bathrooms were so clean and modern. Bed comforters were great! Be nice if there were a lift for us old folks! |

Good value. Wasn"t exactly the Taj Mahal, but for the price, why would you waste your money at the Chain Hotels I would stay there again, except you have to pay for the WLAN. |

It's a newly renovated hotel in an older building, right on one tram route and with easy access to many more. The room was quite large, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel gave a discount for our next stay anywhere in the chain. The price was excellent - only 56 Euros a night for two people including breakfast. It's easy to get to the Altstadt, but you do need to either take a tram or walk for about 30 minutes. |

El hotel estaba bien. Una habitación muy amplia con decoración de los años 80. La gente de recepción era amable y te invitaban a una consumición de bienvenida. La habitación estaba limpia. Lo peor es la distancia al centro, creímos que por las indicaciones estaba más cerca de la Altstadt. Si se viaja a la Neustadt está mejor. Era un poco ruidoso porque estaba cerca de una avenida y el tranvía pasa por la puerta. Alrededor del hotel no se ven muchos locales y el barrio no está muy iluminado. |

Die Buchung, der Empfang bzw. Ein- und Auschecken hat sehr gut geklappt. Frühstück und Frühstücksraum waren in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. |
