The hotel is very close to the Messe making it great for business at the Fair. The proximity to S bahn makes all Fra easily accessable It is very close to train tracks making it noisy during the night. |

This Hotel is fine for business as it is very close to the Rail station. The rooms are very clean and functional. As it is close to the Train staion the trains literally go past the Hotel at all hours, so unless your windows are closed it gets a bit noisy at intervals during the night. |

Hotel Novo,Calmo, bem decorado, organizado e tem o essencial para uma estadia de fim de semana e de passeio pela cidade. Boa localização. Tem paragem á porta do Hotel que são 2 paragens da estação central de comboios. |

i was really satisfied with your hotel.. very clean and comfort.. also kindness.. but actually your hotel is too far from central station..in your supscription indicated just 20minutes distance... but actually not..if someone contacts your onward, please recomend to use a tram in advance^^ |

There is always a room of improvement but my experience was wonderful. The room was really very nice. i really liked friendly and professional behaviour of the hotel staff. |

The hotel is recently renovated and the room itself looked like it was just built. It is rather spartan inside, but does have a flat screen TV, mini-bar, and good coverage of wifi internet. The hotel is adjacent to an S-Bahn station and tram line for easy access within Frankfurt, and is one S-Bahn station away from Frankfurt Hbf. Breakfast was very simple. Rooms lacked character (white walls and quite empty). |

the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Each of the rooms our party occupied was unique. Free internet access!! in fairness, the hotel was still under construction and should perhaps not have been opened for business quite yet. the following facilities were noticeably absent: kitchen and dinner, safes in all rooms, fitness centre, light fittings in bedrooms. |

it was near to the main exhibition centre over priced, very poor level of accomodation, very poor dining facilities, no ac in rooms (in a newly construced so called 3 star hotel) the hotel was not as described on the website in my opinion, we saw a mouse at the front door on arrival. |

The hotel is in the midth of renovations. Only a few rooms are ready for guests. The rooms are large, all is new, but very basic. The walls were bare, though there were two beds as requested, there was only one night light and a stool by only one bed. We requested a second night lamp but have not received. The bathroom is new, good size, the shower is excellent except the fact that the water control battery pertrudes too far out of the wall into the free space and the faucet handle pulls further into the showering space. |

Prachtige nieuwe kamer Het ontbijt was matig. Misschien had dit te maken met de verbouwingen die momenteel plaatsvinden. |

Es un hotel reformado muy moderno y muy acogedor. Tiene unas vias del tren justo al lado y cuando pasan los trenes se oye, te tienes que duchar deprisa porque no tiene el agua caliente centralizada ya que dispone de un termo de agua caliente en la habitación. |

Die Erreichbarkeit, sowie die direkte Möglichkeit zu parken waren gegeben. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Von außen her sehr unscheinbar und hat sich wahrscheinlich noch im Umbau befunden. |

Gute Lage zur Messe Frankfurt. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Heizung hat leider nicht gut funktioniert und es war eher kalt im Zimmer. |

El personal del hotel es muy cordial, totalmente bien predispuestos a darte cualquier informacion que necesites y siempre con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, modernas, recien remodeladas... Solo que esta en refaccion todavia y hay algunos sectores que faltan habilitar y por ahi la recepcion no esta todavia terminada. |

Ansprechendes Ambiente, aber alles noch recht provisorisch. Die Mitarbeiter fand ich zu "flapsig" und zu wenig verbindlich gegenüber dem Gast. |

Hôtel moderne. Design moderne. Personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel n'est pas terminer. Il y a encore des travaux... Pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain.... Il y a ausi du bruit avec la rue et la voie de S-Bahn... |

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Frühstück war gut und reichlich! Leider musste man die Gardinen ständig geschlossen halten, weil direkt gegenüber ein großes Haus war und die Fenster riesig waren. Das Duschwasser aus den großen Boilern (beide im Zimmer) war leider schnell kalt. |
