we have stayed at this hotel before, we requested the same room/apartment and the hotel obliged us with this, there is still no kettle though, the staff are helpful and friendly , and the hotel is very clean and good for transport links to the city centre, the trams are very frequent. |

Hotel itself was clean and comfortable and only two tram stops from city center, However the surrounding neighborhood had several abandoned buildings. On-site parking available, but signs warned of risk of theft. We had no problems. |

good location 10-15 min on foot or 3min by tram to the city center; 24-h reception (nice staff); a sufficiently big room and a hall; there are a refrigerator, TV and tableware. I'll stay here next time. |

I stayed at this hotel during a conference. I found it nice and good with good staffs. It is accessible easily from the main station and city center by tram and is just 2 stops away. Also, the room rent was not that expensive; though it would have been nice if breakfast is provided at a nominal price. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable , we also had a kitchenette so we could provide our own meals if we wanted to, an electric kettle was not provided which would have been helpfull as we all do not like coffee, hotel not far from city centre, local transport very good. |

The hotel was very good, clean spacious room, staff friendly. Quiet green location. The hotel is really 10 minutes walk to the centre (Opera), but there are two tram lines. Good value for money. |

Lovely room ( suite) very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and always available. Breakfasts very good. Location not bad for us we could walk to the city centre easily. No meal facility other than breakfast but the reception staff very helpful and one local German restaurant saved the day (s|). |

They offered an excellent breakfast buffet and the rooms were very clean. Good location to explore the city centre of leipzig. Very friendly staff. In comparison with other hotels the price was a little high for the offered comfort. |

Perfect location for travelling around Leipzig and a wonderful hotel for our "base". The staff were very friendly and our room was refreshed each day. Our room was quite large, with large wardrobes and even a fridge in the corner! The beds were also very comfy, making it quite difficult to get up in the mornings. |

It's lacation is quite good - it is near the centre but away from all the rush. And it is in a very quite residential area. You can take the tram and be in the centre in 5 mins. We took th cab from the airport and the driver had difficulties in finding the hotel as it was poorly lit and tere were virtually no signs to direct us. But after 30 mins finally got it. |

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of foods from which to choose. After we figured out the tram system, the hotel was very convenient to transportation throughout the city. We requested a room on a lower floor and that was provided. The hotel does not have a ramp for entry into the hotel. All luggage, etc. must be carried up approximately 10 steps. My husband has extreme difficulty with steps as he has musculary dystrophy and was barely able to enter/leave the building. However, there is an elevator inside the building. Nowhere in the reviews or in the information posted on the website was this limitation mentioned. |

The room is big. Although there was no single room, what I have booked, the hotel personel managed to give me an appartment with a price of a single room. It was really appreciated. The room needs renovation. It look a little bit old. Some parts of the wall are falling down. |
