Mark Apart Hotel  

The location

We booked a parking place for the car. But when we arrived the hotel, it was no free place. And we have no chance to park our car near the hotel for 3 days! First evening I've asked to iron my shirt, they sad I can come in the morning and took the iron myself. But next morning other women on the reception said, that there is no iron in the hotel and that I understood her collegue incorrect. If you have a chance not to stay in this hotel - take this chance!

The Mark Hotel was very close to where we had just been staying - right in the heart of West Berlin and allowed us to leave luggage there at 0800 on the booking in day.

We were surprised that there was no kettle and tea/coffee maling facilities either in the room or in the lobby. Perhaps the information page on facilities should state this more unequivically as in today's age it is already a given that there are fascilities like this. Whilst the decor and furnishings were acceptable the two beds that were pushed topgether did not stay together well therefore we had a very disturbed night's sleep. There was little adjustment in the shower head holder and there was a leak off the bath under the shower screen that leaked all over the floor when in use.

Localisation is good

Please be sure u had your "tetanus vaccination" before go to mark apart hotel. Bath tub is awful, u can get tetanus from tub. I, my wife and my son lodged at hotel, according to mail , we would have 1 double+1 single bads. But we had 2 double+1 sofa. Sofa was so thin, my son had bad lumbalgia. I will newer lodge this hotel again.dogan kuzuimamlar M.D.

Just renovated, nice design, excellent location, staff very helpful.

Room 92 too small. Internet should be free, especially if you want to attract more business travellers.

The staff services, kindnes, patience. Thanks to them enjoy my vacation. Thanks again to the staff

More cleaning the room

breakfast till 11 is a very positive aspect of the service

it would be so much better if there was free internet access. Charging extra fee for wireless would be the only reason for me not to choose this hotel again.

Hotel staff very helpfull, great location, breakfast excellent and tasty, the rooms are big and clean.

A bit noisy main road

Very close to Zoo and Kürfürstendamm. Very helpful and friendly personell.

As they are renovating rooms,they should also do a deep clean of all thecarpets- the rooms where otherwise nice and clean

It was a good neighborhood with nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Place - close to many interesting places .
