Good location - plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walk. Ku'damm just around the corner - 10 minute walk to Zoologischer Garten Station. Girl on reception when we arrived was extremely friendly, as were the other staff we met during our stay. Triple room we stayed in was large and adequate. Noticed a lot of people comment on the fact that they had booked a room with a double bed, only to find it was 2 singles pushed together - this is how it works in Germany (same in Holland) - we knew this, so it really wasn't an issue. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Berlin - just wished we could've stayed longer as there is SO much to see, but I'm sure we'll be back before too long - wouldn't hesitate in booking the same hotel again.

The location of hotel is really good for visiting everywhere in the city, especially 3 metro stops are near the hotel so you can choose the 2 lines of metro. The room was big, so my friend and I stayed very well, and the bathroom was big and clean. If I will be back in Berlin, for sure I'm gonna stay at this hotel again! (Berlin isn't expensive city, so I think the price of breakfast is pretty expensive...there're full of nice caffeteria around hotel...)

It was surprisingly comfortable for a budget hotel, in particular the room I had was large, light and bright. There were no facilities to make a cup of tea or similar; no kettle or fridge

Location and your bed is very good Your internet is overpriced and so are your parking. The young blond girl with glasses in the reception are unpolited. Breakfast is with dry bread and is a bad value.

Un ottima posizione rispetto al capolinea della metropolitana nonchè allo zoo e ad alexanderplatz zona tranquilla adiacente ad un'area commerciale molto vasta con ristorantini di cui uno italiano vero per chi non rinuncia alla pasta(non è stato il nostro caso) ,prezzo della stanza tutto sommato contenuto La pulizia non è proprio il vostro forte, l odore di chiuso non se ne va se non pulisci bene ricordati ma per il tempo che passammo in camera si poteva sopportare, e comunque se hai la moquette la devi pulire non aspettare che si estingua da sola per cambiarla. 12 euro per quel tipo di colazione sono esagerati...

Die unbürokratische Vorgangsweise an der Rezeption. Es waren keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Man muss in einem Parkhaus - außerhalb des Hotels parken.

Großes Zimmer, sehr gute Matzratzen, alles in Allem gut und sauber, wir waren zufrieden und werden dort ggf. wieder buchen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl einiges im Zimmer bereits erneuert wurde, gibt es im Bad hier und da ein wenig Renovierungsbedarf.

Store og rummelige værelser. En ringe morgenbuffet med tørt brød og et meget lille udvalg. Ingen stole og bord på altanen. Manglende glas og kopper til antal gæster på værelset. Ingen pære i den ene lampe.
