extremly clean, extremely polite. The staff allowed us to check in early. the room was very clean and very comfortable. Great view of the city square and beautiful churches. walking distance to shopping and restaurants. the hotel restaurant had excellent food and was very reasonably priced. the complimentary breakfast was great. buffet style and very good. we will be back. No Wi-Fi

Die Ausstattung von Zimmer und Bad war unzureichend. Ablagemöbel fehlten. Kein frei nutzbarer Tisch im Zimmer und keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad außer Waschbeckenrad, inakzeptabel. Ventilator im innenliegenden Bad war sehr laut und lief lange nach.

Herrliche Lage inmitten der City (Fußgängerzone), jedoch völlig ruhig. Wie geschaffen für einen Städteurlaub. Nachschub am Frühstücksbuffet kam etwas zögerlich.

Schönes, sauberes, preiswertes Hotel im Großraum Hamburg (22 min bis Hamburg hbf), ruhig gelegen am Rande der Fussgängerzone von Winsen.

Ich fand den Kundenservice echt super und auch das Zimmer und vor allem die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel für Gäste. Denn so viele Parkmöglichkeiten für Langzeitparker gibt es nicht viele. Danke und weiter so!!!! Viele liebe Grüße

Die Sauberkeit! Gute Lage, leicht zu erreichen,Parkplatz vor der Tür, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Das Frühstück hat mehr Alibi-Charakter und kann man sich da schenken. Das war sehr einfach und lieblos. Aber dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.
