I chose it as it is close to the station and looked smart on the web. From the outside it does look a bit 60s provincial but it has been cleverly and beautifully refurbished to high standards. Have been to many hotels in Muenster over the years and this is by far the best. Reception staff were very friendly and always helpful. Lots of little extras that made one feel so welcome. Happens to be next to a stunning restaurant Culinarium which you should not miss if you want fine dining. A must stay in Muenster.

Stayed one night with family for downtown Christmas market. Great location and close to downtown. Hotel very clean and children loved the hot chocolate. Highly recommended. Public parking directly across the street was very convenient.

The hotel has a perfect location. 10Minutes walk to the Dom square. The Bar has a terrace, which was really nice to enjoy it, since we had super nice weather. The comfort level of the room is not high, although the bed has really good quality.

Uitstekend gelegen, eigenlijk in het centrum maar wel goed bereikbaar met de auto. Nieuw en schoon en een leuk terras aan de, autoloze, promenade. Goede bedden, maar dat is dan ook het enig goede aan de kamer. Wij hadden een confort kamer, absoluut geen goede prijs waarde verhouding. Het comfort zat in een extra kleind rond tafeltje met een stoeltje. De badkamer werd je bijna claustrofobisch van. Het extra geld absoluut niet waard.

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksbuffet mit reichhaltigem Angebot. Kann bis zu einem Brunch ausgedehnt werden. Klimatisierte Zimmer. Die sehr günstige Lage zur Altstadt. Liegt direkt an der Promenade. Gute Verkehrsanbindung für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Hotel hat zwar eine gute Lage zur Altstadt. Auf der anderen Hotelseite führt allerdings eine Hauptstraße entlang. In Zimmern auf dieser Seite herrscht nur sehr spät Ruhe, ist aber auch schon früh wieder vorbei. Eine Angabe "Zimmer auf der Straßenseite" sagt daher nicht viel aus (Sackgasse,Hauptstraße,Autobahn). Somit war ein Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenstern möglich. Auf der anderen ruhigen Seite dürfte dies Problem nicht existieren, da hier die Promenade liegt.

Modern gestaltete Zimmer. Sehr leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Äußerst freundliches Servicepersonal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur ruhigen Promenade und waren sehr zufrieden, da Hotel sehr zentral liegt und die Einkaufsstraßen bzw. die Altstadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Auto konnte nur auf einem gegenüber dem Hotel liegenden Parkplatz geparkt werden. Parktgebühr ist am Wochenende aber zu vernachlässigen.

vom Bahnhof aus gut zu fuss zu erreichen, und ziemlich zentral gelegen. Sehr schön renoviert, total freundlichen Service, und ein Frühstück dass wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Günstiger Fahrrad Verleih hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Junges, ausgesprochen nettes Personal, das jeden Wunsch erfüllt - offen und sympathisch. Sehr kinderfreundlich! Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, herrlich große Betten und -decken. Interessante Bilder (Fotos) als Wanddeko. Tolles Badezimmer, komfortable Dusche mit schööön viel Wasser! Trotz regem Verkehr draußen im Zimmer kaum etwas davon zu hören (Fenster zur Seite). Zu Fuß nur ein kurzer Spaziergang bis ins Zentrum. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende - wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein öffentlicher Parkplatz (gegenüber), der auch sonntags via Parkschein zu bezahlen ist (1,00 € pro Stunde von 8.00 - 20.00 Uhr).

Die Lage zur Innenstadt, die fußläufig gut zu erreichen war. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite war zumindest für eine Nacht von Sonnabend auf Sonntag zu laut. Erst der Straßenverkehr und dann bis tief in die Nacht gröhlenden Nachtschwärmer. 17 Euro p.P. für das Frühstücksbüffet ist überteuert!

Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel. We hadden met een bevriend stel samen geboekt. Zij hadden een kamer die nog niet de helft was van de onze voor dezelfde prijs.. Dat was jammer. De kamers met staatzucht waren prima. Niet veel last gehad van de straat.
