The management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was exactly what we wanted for shopping in both Germany and Switzerland. Also the breakfast buffet was good, the whole package was excellent value for the money. The Sauna did not actually belong to the hotel, it was open to the public, and there was a charge for it, so we did not use it. |

The hotel was very close to the evening event for which we needed to stay over night. The hotel reception access is very tortuous in the middle of a shopping center, and the hotel itself has no 'identity'. |

Fine breakfast. Very spacious tripple room (like a mini appartment). Hotel is on the 6th and 7th floor. Garage is very big, so it takes some walking to the hotel door. |

Large room with kitchenette. Located in center of town. Nice breakfast. Free parking in the shopping center. Most difficult to find as it is part of a shopping center complex with no sign visible at night and check in on the 6th floor. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter Kein Roomservice. Die Möbel waren alt und wackelig (Ikea Sitzgelegenheiten), ein Nachttisch fehlte ganz, ebenso Licht in der Ecke. Hotel ist vor allem abends schlecht zu finden, da Rezeption im 6. Stock über einem Einkaufsmaarkt und einem Kino. |
